I had the absolute best employees!! The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and so pleasant to talk with. Alonda was awesome and she deserves a raise,So does Callie. She was also very helpful.

Took an impromptu road trip and landed at this location. I didn't ask but the hotel seemed to be fairly new. Since I chose to travel during the pandemic, I made sure to bring my own disinfectant in spite of the room having a seal on the door indicating it had been cleaned. The room was nice but I did notice lots of hairon a chair n the room . If in the area again, I'd definitely stay here again due to the friendly staff, proximity to restaurants and shopping and the freeway.

I admit, I got excited when I saw their "Hilton Cleanstay" stickers all over the place (at the door before we enter our room, on the bathroom mirror, wrapped around the tv remote". But, as soon as we enter the room, a very dirty floor with large distinct stains greeted us. I read the top 10 items on their Cleanstay sign and there's no mention of the floors! Breakfast was also a major let down. Their signs say "Happy Breakfast Starts Here". I beg to disagree. First off, they're out of the waffle batter. And mind you, it's a Friday morning and there's only about 3 other people in the lobby with us. There's NO reason for batter to be out. The breakfast lady is a very unhappy person. And you can tell by the quality (or the lack of) of the food being served. The potatoes are tough (tasted like it's been served a few days before). The sausage was chewy (tasted like it's just been microwaved). And the eggs tasted like cardboards. The outdoor pool was pretty clean though so I give them credit for that. But it was very hard to enjoy it when mosquitoes were out in droves. My kiddo was able to enjoy it though so I'm happy he's happy.Overall, this Hilton needs some significant changes - beginning with adding the floors to their Cleanstay list! And by golly, please get someone with a pleasant personality at the breakfast bar. Even the cleaners were afraid to approach her! She barks at them!

$261 bucks for a Friday night stay but lots going on in town so I was happy to have a room. Overall no complaints, clean room, quiet, and nice breakfast. I normally don't stay at this hotel but ignoring price, cleanliness was not an issue.

This is a newer Hampton property... the good: easy check in on the app, room was clean and spotless, no smells in the room, good working AC, 150 cables channels including All HBOs, front desk check in was efficient. The not so good: you hear everything, Hilton has these cookie cutter new Hampton builds with HORRIBLE sound proofing-- you hear foot drops on the floor above you quite easily, sounds from other rooms yup those too- this means you go to sleep when your neighbor does. I'm going to make it a point of avoiding Hampton's that are new, I think they have an unfixable problem. Breakfast selection was also paltry... either Frosted Flakes or Raisin Bran... microwaved eggs and sausage... I think post Covid they have really decided to screw customers. Housekeeping is also by request only, except on 5th day. Rates are also notably higher then the Embassy... which is crazy. I'll be in Norman often, going to make sure I stay back at the embassy or the new residence inn being built next door.

Very clean hotel and quiet as not near any highway. Staff was very helpful getting us a room earlier than check in. Breakfast as well was good with many selections and hot fresh coffee. Will stay here again.

Opened the door and thought "Ah, there is that familiar Hilton smell. Second, third & last day smelled dank. First day step barefoot into the shower and see dirt and hairs coming off of each step I take.Took a wet wash cloth and wiped it across the floor. Gag! The rag was brown with dirt and had various types of hairs on it. Long black ones and a couple that were either poodle or pubic hairs. Got to looking closer and you could see lots of what appeared to be dog pee stains. Absolutely filthy. The next morning I took it to the Front End Managers attention thinking he would have it cleaned. Nope. Acted like I had offended him by showing him the filthy rag.Next day I did the same and took it to the Manager on duty. She had the room cleaned so I did the wet wash cloth test again. Wow... they just moved the hair and dirt around. Very third world cleaning.I told the manager that this is probably indicative of all rooms since they made a special effort to clean mine and it was just as dirty as it was before; stains included.I would have left but every hotel was fully booked but I did invoke the 100% guarantee and received two nights free of the booking.IF you stay here I highly recommend that you give your bathroom floor the wet wash rag test and get a free night on Tom Bodett and third world cleaning.Quote the Raven "Nevermore".
