I love visiting these restaurants as it's always a great experience. Red Rock near Lake Hefner gets about a weekly visit from my family and I. Managers always make time to stop by the tables, && got the privilege to meet the general manager on my last visit. Even if there's an issue, it's taken care of as soon as we bring it to their attention - no questions asked.Neighborhood Jam and Upper Crust are also some favorites from the restaurant line. Highly recommend visiting their locations. I like that the food and drinks are semi-similar across the board, so it makes choosing what to eat simple. Also ensures your food comes out the same way each time. 10/10 recommend their locations.

Charleston's, Hollie's, Upper Crust, Mahogany . . . what's not to like? I've yet to dine at any one restaurant from the Hal Smith Group that has let me down. (Seriously.)I especially like their "buy one, get one free" gift cards at the holidays -- they're a terrific way to buy really nice referral gifts to last me throughout the year, and I often use them as stocking stuffers for friends, family members, and colleagues.Kudos to a fantastic, locally owned restaurant group!Keep those dollars as local as possible, fellow Okies -- keep 'em local!

Just ate at Neighborhood Jam ... too loud, acoustics are terrible. Waiter couldn't hear my order or my friend's. Had to bend down so we could speak into his ear. We could not converse without shouting across the table. We were told to come in earlier when it wasn't so noisy, offered to turn music down. We didn't know any music was playing. We won't be back.

I worked as General Manager for Marriott International for 20 years in some of the biggest hotels in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. Great company. Hal Smith runs an incredible organization. The service, the food and the management at their locations are top notch. The standards are impeccable and it shows. I thought Marriott was good, but this group is even better. Good job to all employees!

Our college age grandson, one of his friends and I decided to try the Garage on Britton Rd at May Avenue this past Wednesday. The boys seemed to enjoy their burgers (but not the fries) but mine was less than satisfying. I ordered a burger with meat, mushrooms, swiss cheese and bun. The first delivery was with everything on it including mayo. I removed everything but asked for another bottom bun without mayo. When they returned it was just like the first delivery. I ate a small amount but was not pleased and when asked how I liked it I told the server I was not satisfactory and then she asked if I would come back and I told her no. Nothing was offered and no apology was given for the poor service. This is not a place I would recommend. Fries are just OK and one would think the mushrooms would be fresh (not out of a can) and sautéed. If you are going to charge what they charge you need to step up your game.
