I coach a baseball team and use Gregory's for all of our equipment and uniform needs, as well as all of my sons baseball gear. Joe, Greg, and the team are great to work with and the store has a ton of stuff, especially for being a local "family owned" shop.

Very unprofessional, I had a order for hoodies for our team over 500 dollars and it took longer than expected I understand that but they over charged me once we had talked about a set price, than gave me wrong sizes and ripped up hoodies.. I will never do business here again once I called and told them about it they questioned me on my sizing and told me it should fit and said they would remake but would take 3 weeks..

Bought my kid a lettermen's jacket from there they told me they had plenty in that size and I asked if it would be on a certain day said yes will even put a note on it. Then went to put deposit checked my account they had charged the full amount. So I had to have that changed. called back a couple of days before they said it would be ready I was told it was being taken to get embroidered and they probably could have it done by the day I needed it. So I called the next day was told was not done maybe before the party. so I have my daughter call they told her it would be next week or the following week because they just got the size I need. What the heck not anything what they told me. Called back they had the owner call me I told him I felt like I was getting the run around and he said that was not the case and he said I could pick up the jacket and take it then bring it back after and would have it back to me in a couple of days. He was very nice but the employees need to get on the same page cause they do not seem to know what is going on and lying to customers is no bueno

These people have the WORST customer service, professionalism (or lack of) and attitude EVER!!!! Our baseball team is ordering shirts from them and had asked us what size we wanted. So, wanting to make sure that we get the correct size, I wanted to go try the on as our last order from a different company was not as expected. I got there, a kid mind you, asked me if I needed help. I said yes, our team will be placing an order with you guys, coach is on their way with the final paper work, but I wanted to see if I could try on the jersey before giving them the size. He asked for the team name, I gave it to him, he couldn't find it, and that's when all the craziness started. They basically told me they wouldn't let me try on a shirt without them having an order for. Mind you, I showed them the photo that the coach sent me because I called saying they are not letting us try it on. Still wouldn't. They were very mean about it and wouldn't explain as to why despite me showing them the form. Then later tells me as I leave to not come back unless the coach was there. What kind of BS is that???? Personally. I wanted to tell my coach not to order from them but that's not my choice. All I can do is let other teams and parents know the problems they may run into. I am still honestly baffled as to why we couldn't try on their damn sample sizes especially if I am trying to purchase from them. Terrible people!!!!

One star rating for unprofessional attitude and incorrect order. I spoke with Gregory to place an order for qty 50 Fox 40 classic whistles. I received a phone call from the store when the whistles arrived. I was not able to pick them up the week I had intended, so was aware that I had not held up my word to pick them up as scheduled. However, two days later I received an EXTREMELY RUDE voicemail from Gregory indicating I had put him out for ordering the quantity and not picking them up. Really, it was the tone and lack of respect that frustrated me, almost to the point of not completing the business transaction. I was happy he worked with me on a price for the bulk items, but once home I realized the wrong product was ordered. I was trying to support a local business, but I can not recommend this one.

We have always used Gregory's for all of our 4 kids sporting needs. We have gotten bats, catchers gear, gloves, cleats- every new season- you name it! This year we decided to have them do our baseball teams uniforms and hats. We ordered 30 snapback hats for both the players and parents. The hats came in and unfortunately they were all Velcro and they offered to either sell them to us at a cheaper price or re-order but it would take another six weeks to come. We decided to re-order since that's what the whole team wanted to do, and then I had to pay out-of-pocket for at least the players hats so they would have one for tournaments. Once the new shipment came in, I was called to be made aware that they were there. I asked what we owed on the order and if it was possible to receive a discount on the hats since the mess up was on their end, and cost us another six weeks and we only have two tournaments left for the fall season.Apparently, this set Mr. Gregory himself off- who then told me that the Velcro hats weren't messed up, and I should have just paid the lower price to keep those because I cost him more by ordering again even though it was their mistake and how dare I ask for a discount when he's out money- he then proceeded to scream at me that he doesn't care if he loses my business or anyone on our team business and then hung up on me. I would have paid for the hats, and although I might have been a little annoyed that he did not give us a discount for his mistake,, I would have paid for them regardless if he knew how to act like a grown-up whenever having a conversation with someone who he is not a agreeing with. If there was a way to post the recording of our phone conversation on here, I would have because I have more respectful conversations with my 10-year-old.If you are looking for something in store- I'm sure it would be fine to buy here. But treating people like that when you're upset- it's ridiculous. if I could post the recording of our phone conversation here, I would.

I stood over by the wrestling shoes and waited for someone for about 10 minutes before finally going to track someone down once I finally did the kid acted completely put out to have to go back in the back and look for a shoe size. Then I went to check out while 4/5 employees stood around the registers watching a game before someone finally realized I was ready to checkout which they again acted completely put out by! This was my 3rd time to visit this establishment and my 3rd and final bad experience! I will not be coming back!
