I've been going here a few years to get random things done. They have ALWAYS been helpful and accommodating. I've gotten my tag renewal here (lunch time has always been the best) and I've had issues with my car title that everyone was able to help me with. Most recently, I got my REALID with them. For some odd reason, I had a confirmation for my appt, but when I showed up they were not able to find my appt. Luckily, they were nice and squeezed me in! Thanks so much!!

The older employees are crabby and unfriendly. They messed up on my license and tried to make it fault. Most of the employees are friendly and competent. The over 50s not so much.

* BEWARE OF THIER SCAM * Second year in row they tried to charge my son the mail-in price when he is standing right in front of them. This year he asked how do I get the pick-it-up price and they said they would have to print 2 pages, so he waited the extra 30 seconds for them to print. This is the only agency we have had this issue. They are just trying to cheat young people and give themselves a tip.

I work a full time job. all I need to do is renew my driver license. I show up after taking off work and losing pay. you only take 30 license request in a day? that is ridiculous. you say you are a full service tag agency. really you cater to the non working portion of Oklahoma City . COVID rules are over for the rest of the state of Oklahoma. Tag agencies did not operate this way before COVID so why are you operating in the past? YOU GOT LAZY! that is why

Went to get our drivers license today. We have to give a big shout to Christina who completes the licensing process, finishes the paperwork, gives the eye exam and takes your picture. She is professional and so kind, not the usual employee we have met in other state drivers license departments. Thank you Christina. We appreciate you.

The website says walk-in only, no appointment is needed but you do need an appointment. I just went up there today to renew my DL and they said I have to be there ~7 am and they take the first 30 people (set up an appt for those 30 people throughout the day). The lady behind the counter said it doesn't matter if it's for the DL or the Real ID. It's the same rules.P.S. Went around 3:45 pm CST and no one was there. All the ladies working there had no one sitting in front of them (about 5 of them sitting at empty desks).

I went in on Friday May 1 approx. 1:00 PM to replace my lost DL. There was a short line but each station was full with customers. No social distancing, no sanitizer available for clients nor did I observe anyone cleaning or disinfecting the equipment that you put you finger print on, or any of the areas where they where working with different clients. If you prone to Covid19 this maybe the place to stay away from. I thought this situation was absolutely disgusting.

Go somewhere else. The ladies that work here, while I am sure they are all kind and generous people have a skill vs will issue here. They loathe the process for Real ID production so they almost refuse to do it. The state pushing the required date out yet again, allowed them to breathe another sigh of relief - for they could put it all off just a little bit longer. Not to mention, they are exploiting the Covid restrictions to allow themselves to work slower. You have to stand outside for upwards of 1 1/2 hours to get into the building in the morning in order to get an appointment for a regular drivers license renewal. Apparently this process is just too difficult to figure out how to operate on an online forum AND they refuse to do more than 30 renewals a day, siting "Covid restrictions". Although when I was in there at my assigned appointment time there was not a soul in the building or outside except or the 8 staff members milling about.- Additionally, There is only 1 person and 1 machine that can make drivers licenses - not sure if that is a budget issue or state regulation but if it is a budget issue, it seems like they could trim some of their payroll down to afford another one.My husband went to Moore Tag agency on the exact sameDay and got a REAL ID in the mail on the same day I got my drivers license - Greenway told me I had to be put on a waiting list that was already into 2022. ..when I said "fine, put me on it" they tried to talk me out of it, yet again, by saying "you don't need to have one until May of 2022!" Just go somewhere else, please, don't waste your time. Until this place can jump into this century, they are going to be behind and constantly acting put out by your presence.

I tried to go here twice to get my license renewed. They did not want to help me because it took ten minutes, they just told me to go somewhere else. Do not go here they are very rude and they don't want to do their jobs. I asked when a good time for me to come get my license and she said never. Never come here I would drive 45 minutes to another tag agency.
