I've always gone to this Vape shop because it is a convenient location close to my home. Unfortunately I probably will not be coming back and will drive all the way to Edmond to my normal Vape shop. I asked Joe man behind the counter what other flavor besides my normal he suggested and he suggested a mango I normally don't go for mango but thought I would trust the opinion. To my surprise I did not like the Vape at all and asked politely to trade for my normal sunset after purchasing two of them for $27. He told me there was nothing he could do and now I'm stuck with a Vape that I'm not going to use.

The staff is super friendly but the products they sell all seem to not work great or break after a short amount of time. If I need something like butane I'd come here but if you're looking for an enail or cartridge pen, I'd look for a different spot.

I was given a cartridge vaporizer purchased here as a gift for Christmas 2020. I noticed after charging that the battery was giving up after only 10-15 draws in one day. This didn't appear right (based on my experience with other brands,) so I called this location. I told the worker about my issue and asked if I could exchange this vape for another (believing the problem was a battery defect.) The worker I spoke with was friendly, but he told me they offered a 2 week warranty (so it had ran out less than a week before today.) He kept telling me that if I use the higher voltage, that the battery would drain quickly and that the battery was functioning as it should. I wasn't using the higher voltage, though. He placed me on a brief hold to ask his boss if they could do anything to help me. When he came back on the line, he said that his boss had reiterated their stance and that the battery was working as expected, and they couldn't help me. Needless to say, I was disappointed. If service after the sale is important to you, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I purchased a Lost Mary Turbo disposable on Friday and when I went to charge it for the first time today, it would not charge. Would acknowledge the cord was plugged in but would not actually charge. When I brought it back this evening, they told me there was nothing they could do... So, an essentially brand new $25 vape is unusable and I am just out of luck. It's $25 and that's not a huge amount in and of itself but I have solely shopped here for years but am incredibly disappointed in their response and not standing behind the product they are offering. There are plenty of vape shops in the city that would have swapped it out or offered a discount for a new one. It's just unacceptable customer service in terms of policy. 2 stars instead of 1 because the employee was very kind. The policy is just asinine.

One of the worst stores I have ever been into, they do not treat the customer with respect. They sold me vape juice that expired less than 7 days after I bought it along with TWO faulty devices. They DO NOT accept returns or exchange on faulty products or out of date products. Watch out for these guys they don't play nice.
