Great White Buffalo Tavern

I like the atmosphere and the people. The mixed drinks, even the doubles, were extremely weak. I also had a bartender charge me an extra $20 and tell me it was tax when she was really trying to get a double tip. My suggestion is if you go there is to drink a bottled drink, like beer, and to pay cash.

Everytime I've been here it's been a great time. Definitely has a regular crowd feel, but they enjoy us randoms coming in now and again. Will deff be back again.

For a local dive bar, GWB is 5 stars. You're not going to find fancy cocktails, but you will meet a friendly group of bartenders and regulars. The crowd is diverse: older, younger, students, profs, liberal, conservative, regulars and passers-through. If you're looking for an unpretentious place where you can just be yourself and have some fun, this is at the top of the list in Stillwater.

This place is horrible. Awful service, awful bartender not the place to be ever. Gross bathrooms, gross place. If i could give it no stars i would. Never would ever go back especially since the bartenders are rude and not accommodating.

Great neighborhood bar hidden in plain sight. Friendly, prompt bartenders. Not the college crowd you find in a typical college bar, but friendly people from the area. Smoking on the outside patio. Karaoke on Saturday night with a great supply of patrons eager to demonstrate their vocal talents.A nice place to enjoy a cold beverage.

I love this bar. But it's really gone down hill. It smells like a sewer drain. The bartender last Thursday didn't know what amber beer was. The bathroom is unisex right now. Which in a bar that old men frequent, is kinda gross. The beer was just iced down in totes on the floor. I don't know what's going but thE standards have really taken a dive. The drink prices sure haven't. I wish them well, but I won't be going back.

Worst bar in Stillwater. Came with 3 friends and split 2 buckets of beer. Forced us out 15 minutes early in 27° weather. Rude all the way around. Only one decent and civil person was a bouncer. Totally regret giving an 80% tip. Will NEVER visit the establishment again.
