Great Plains Kubota - Edmond

My husband called about a tractor last week and we drove all the way from Bixby to Edmond to look at it. When we got there we looked at it and went inside to discuss details about purchasing only to find out another salesman had sold it the day before and no one let us know. Our salesman had our cell phone number so if there were better communication between all of them I would hope we would have gotten a phone call that would have saved us an hour and a half trip. This is not good business especially since we called on Thursday and discussed that we were coming on Saturday morning. A total lack of customer service on their part.

These guys worked their butts off to find me a Kubota mini skid steer and they have the best supply of Echo products around! .. thanks fellas!

Awesome management here. I came in needing some help, forklift rental from another company didn't know, had a truck ready and needing unloaded so the drive can get to Texas. Drove down to these guys, they didn't have a trailer but they were close enough to drive a spare tractor they had available. Manager hopped in, drove down to my facility, unloaded the truck like a boss and drove the tractor back. The pricing was half the price of the forklift rental as well. Could not have been happier with my experience here.
