Granite By Design

Misty and Summer were beyond helpful and kind while dealing with the chaos of my extensive remodel. The price was lower than almost all of their competitors while the quality of the granite and the workmanship never faltered. The other crews working on my house made sure to inform me that the crew from GBD were some of the most professional and kind that they have had the pleasure to work with. If I ever decide to update my countertops, I will not hesitate to use Granite by Design again.

If I could give them zero stars - that is what I would give them. Their motto is "the customer is always wrong" apparently. Unethical company - if something goes wrong, rather than genuinely try and work with you - they want to play the "its not my fault" game and will get argumentative with you. Oh - and they like to keep stone you paid for. Would not recommend - steer clear of these guys.

Granite by designs set up an appointment for me to select the granite for my countertop. When I met with summer, I selected my granite, told her I had my own sink and asked distictively asked her on the undermount sink would be cut out and she said the granite would be a quarter of an inch over the inside of the rim of the sink. Thats exactly what I wanted and exactly what I didnt get. When they came to install the countertop the installers did a great job and worked hard. When installing my sink the installer accidentally broke my sink. I waited till 1100 the next morning and still heard nothing from my friends at granite by designs so I called them and Summer was as rude as she could be and Shawn made me feel as if I was asking for charity to replace my sink. I will do no more business with granite by designs, Though I have to live with having to replace my own sink and a sink hole that was done incorrectly.
