Grand Casino Hotel Resort

This is definitely not Vegas lol. I don't gamble a lot but I wanted to see what the casinos were like in Oklahoma. I was told to stay away from Winstar and a friend of mine won the jackpot here about a year ago so I decided to take a drive and come take a look. The place is clean but not extraordinary. There are no waitresses offering free drinks to incite you stay and play but there is a soda machine and brewed coffee and ice tea that you can help yourself to. Most of the slot machines are new and I had trouble finding a slot that wasn't a penny slot. $1 and $5 slot machines are back by the far corner wall and there are not very many of them. I lost $100 and quit while I still had another $100 in my pocket. It only took me about 30 minutes to lose that much money. This is why it's called gambling.

We keep trying to come back hoping it gets to the fun place it used to be.... No luck.Still no buffet option.Subway left.Flame is too high for the slow meat service we experienced.The games payout is horrible.Super small selection of old school slots.Tons of broken machines still in play.Appears to be no effort to filter out the horrible smoke smell.Time to drive further for fun...

First 1.5 hr wait for the sports grill!Then went to the bbq /ramen place. Men liked their bbq BUT my ramen was horrible. Fried chicken in the ramen soup! WHAT? Won't bother eating or gambling there again.

Little gem. One of my favorite stops across country, outside doesn't look the best but inside was great. Room was nice and staff was friendly

Games are too tight. Staff is rude and took forever to get service. Old games, do better

I would improve the employee attitudes .When you have problems with the machine I had a lady from down stairs office had to come help and she was pissed jerking stuff all around.And saying we are short handed and gave me a attitude. And a cashier short us 20 dollars at the teller center. And there coffee machines always out on top floor and old bathrooms are not being cleaned like they used to. And they close every night at 2:00am . They start taking machines down earth then the machines you were on dosnt pay anything after that. Not a good place to blow your money

this casino was well above my expectations. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10 inside outside the garage and bathrooms hospitality with the people working there was.. The garage staff, the security guard, the host who gave me the players club card and the cafeteria where they had the barbecue was out of this world. The ladies were so nice, especially one lady who came and actually sat and talked to me.Incredibly, the barbecue was some of the best barbecue I ever tasted in my life. I had the ribs, chopped brisket, and pulled pork everything everything especially the pulled pork was great.

The bar serves 1 oz shots of liquor but they put it in a big cup so when you see it you're kind of like what the hell did I just pay $5 for that and you feel cheated maybe they could buy little shot glasses would be a lot more appealing and people would not feel like they got robbed and it wouldn't lower their vibration and they would have a better time​

Zero stars. This was my first and last time staying at the facility.After a pleasant check in I went to the Grandstand Sports Grille, which was recommended as the primary option. After standing at the hostess stand for 10 minutes, I was acknowledged. I asked if I could eat at the bar and they said to go ahead. After sitting at the bar for five minutes, I was acknowledged again with a simple "What would you like to drink." I placed an order for a simple cocktail, and the person then proceeded to work on other tasks. After a couple of minutes they went to the drink station and realized they were out of the brand I requested. At that point I said it would be best to just leave. The entire time there, the majority of the staff meandered around the restaurant with no sense of purpose or urgency.I then asked the Player's Club if there were any other options, and they told me about the Flame Brazilian Steakhouse. But they cautioned it was very exclusive and required a reservation, but they might seat me if there was an opening. Since it was almost 9pm at that point I decided to give it a try. Surprisingly the restaurant was almost empty, and I was welcome to sit anywhere. The bartender was very courteous, explained how the salad bar worked, and brought my drink out (with the right brand). After having a few bites of food, I raised my glass up to take a drink, and the glass literally shattered in my hand. The full sized glass which was almost full, drenched my clothes, and glass covered the plate.One worker said they saw it happen and thankfully the staff all said they had never seen something like that happen before.At that point I was ready to go back to my room to change clothes and call it a night. However with a small cut on my hand I was instructed that I had to wait for a medic to come and do an incident report. I stood in the open area with a soaked shirt, shorts and shoes for several minutes until someone finally arrived.The medic's first priority was taking a picture of where the incident occurred (my seat at the bar) and then eventually to address the cut on my hand. Once they bandaged that we realized I also had a smaller cut on my other hand.I had to ask if it was okay if I just left the restaurant without paying since my plate was covered in glass and my clothes were soaked.The staff at the steakhouse were all very pleasant, but the overall experience at this entire facility makes it a clear choice to never return.
