Gordos Authentic Mexican Restaurant

I heard about this place and I had to try it!I traveled all the way from Edmond (150th and Council) 40mins to try this place and I'm glad I did. The food was amazing!! I got the shrimp tacos, my wife got the chicken enchiladas and my daughter got the birria tacos and they were all great! Btw their chips and queso is the best in town!We were welcomed upon arrival and seated immediately. The service was great and fast with our food. The location is convenient and inside is very clean and modern. This is a great place for bdays, date night or just to get a bite to eat.

Hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I've eaten at outside of California. The birria tacos are crispy on the outside and fresh on the inside. Chips and salsa is homemade and delicious. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Such a gem in a small town. Worth the drive. I had a chili rellano and I really liked it. The tacos are good and I really enjoyed the chips, quest and salsa. Staff is super friendly. Bathrooms are very clean and the whole place is nicely decorated. Will definitely drive the hour back there again.

Food was wonderful. The waitress was quick and very kind. Clean nice restaurant. The white queso was probably my favorite part, and my kids loved the churros.

Ordered our kids food before ours, two of three kids meals came out, then my husbands food, then finally we asked another waitress where mine and the third kids meal was she then came back and had to retake the two orders, never offered to make it right. Husbands drink took ten minutes to make even then the bar wasn't busy, our waitress (Lucy i believe) didn't check on us a single time until we asked for boxes, so we sat with empty drinks and spent $80 on a family dinner that we didn't even get to enjoy together due to all of the food coming out at different times. We use to drive 45 minutes to enjoy this place but unfortunately won't be returning.

The atmosphere, food, and service were great! We got the chile relleno, quesadillas, and birria tacos, and all of it was wonderfu! We will definitely be coming back again!

This place is way overpriced for their food. The queso Fondito had more grease than cheese. My clay cup broke when I barely poked my cup(thankfully they took it off the tab. $30 for gross food and bad drinks.

Do not go unless you have a couple hours to wait for your food/be waited on! Slowest Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. Server does not come around, food is good. Also charged for food that never made it to our table, did tell them and they asked why we didn't say anything and well you can't if they never come around.
