Gordons has been extremely professional and very prompt. We have had 3 separate issues and each one was handled quickly and they always went over and beyond on the work. First our bathroom faucets broke off and needed welding, then our hot water tank went out, next our kitchen sink was completely clogged and not draining. Chris and Noah were amazing with the hot water tank. Colton and Michael fixed our sink today and we couldn't be happier with their knowledge, service and work they did! Thank you Gordon's!

I used this company for 10 years since 2013 for 2 houses I live in, the service went downhill since pandemic. We signed up for the annual program for HVAC spring and fall tuneup. They did spring tuneup around June 2023. We called them and asked for the fall tuneup in Jan 2024, they never did the fall tuneup because they said our membership was not renewal until when I called them in Jan 2024. The HVAC guy didn't clean up my filters in spring 2023, we have air exchange so we don't need filters replacement. I asked him if we needed to replace the filter, he said yes but couldn't give me quotes and asked me to call the office. I called the office for the quote three times, finally they told me it is 1.5k to replace filters, later I learned that they didn't clean my metal mesh filters.Also, I called them about fixing the gas leak after we got inspection from ONG, ONG tech told me to get someone to fix the pipes. The customers service guy told me I had to wait 4 days before anyone can come out, then I questioned him why, this is emergency - gas leaking. He asked his supervisor and then they sent someone out the same day. Come on, it is GAS LEAK, not something we can wait. So hard to get quotes, supervisors, lazy techs not willing to clean filters for air exchange in residential household(I am willing to pay extra to get the job done right, but they don't give me the chance). Therefore, bye.

I can't believe I had to give even 1 star for this review bc this company is horrible! 10 years ago my father got a LOAN for $21,000.00 for a heating system for his house. They have missed several appts. to check the unit and you can never contact anyone. We were given the wrong air filter information from day 1, therefore we have been using the wrong filter for 10 years! Gordons came out to my father's about 2 months ago bc the heater was not working, the repair man told us that the unit had to be cleaned..TO THE TUNE OF $940.00!!! For THEIR error!! My father is an 82 year old disabled retired Veteran living on his Social Security so this price came as an outrageous, shocking blow. He has been without heat this whole time!! Gordons, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Crooks! That are trying to be like Mister Sparky and take advantage of people by changing excessive amounts of Money$$. Don't even let these smooth talkers in your house. They use scare tactics saying you won't be safe unless they do thousands of dollars in repairs and replacing equipment. Companies are Not training employees to do repairs any more put training them to to be Sales people. They UPSALE once inside your home. Bad , bad people.

I had a new heat and air conditioning unit put into my home on 3/18/2023. As an incentive for purchasing I was told by Devin LeBlanc that I would receive an ONG rebate/gift card for $550.00 in equal to or less than 6 wks and a Lennox gift card for $500 8-12 wks after install. I have been very patient, reaching out to Devin multiple times via text messages, contacted Gordon's Service Experts via phone (Ashley - supervisor), and also via phone (James Jordan - GM). I received a Lennox Card IAO $450 (short $50.00) April 2024. i feel like this has been handled very unprofessionally, and would like for this business to make it right.

What an absolutely TERRIBLE experience!!!Took 2 hours of vacation time to be home for my appointment window. Tech shows up and quotes me $660 to replace my kitchen faucet. He drives 4 miles away to pick up the new faucet, calls and tells me the price is actually going to be $870 and asked if that's okay. An hour later he comes back with the wrong faucet. He goes back to their vendor (4 miles away) and proceeds to call me 45 mins later and say they have to back-order my faucet. I essentially paid $100 to have this company ruin my Friday evening, give me a headache, and waste two hours of vacation time. I hope you have a better experience than me and don't have to pay $100 for the amateur (three) hour experience that I got...

Beware of very high pricing! Please shop around and get multiple quotes. We called Gordon's because their name was on the furnace of a house we bought. It ended up being a gas control valve. They quoted me $1,200 to repair it. I knew something was off so I told them I'd think about it, and ended up having to pay a $99 service fee for them to come look at it. I did some research and called another company we used before. Parts and labor were $400 total for the same problem/fix and they fixed it within an hour. No service fee charged. What a rip. Call that a $99 lesson learned. Not only that, when we called to ask them to initially come out they did not tell us up front it would cost $99 to just look and diagnose it. I tried calling Gordon's today to reconcile this problem before I wrote this review, and while the guy who helped was really nice on the phone, he said that his supervisor told him that is our price and they are sticking by it. So I'm writing this to ask people to please consider getting a second quote to prevent double or in my case, triple paying for an easy fix.

Do not do the advantage program on your heat and air. This company will rip you off. It was one of the worst things I've ever done in my life major rip off.!!!

My husband and I built a new home in 2018. We have had a maintenance contract with Gordons to service our units every 6 months. Our AC recently quit cooling so we called them and a technician came out. He commented that the compressor was dirty. This should not have been the case since they had serviced the unit earlier in the summer. The system was frozen, so he turned it off to let it thaw out. He would be back the next morning to work on the problem. The next day two men came, and we were told that the parts would be $10,000, and it was recommended that we replace the system. We were given 3 quotes, $18,000-24,000. I could not believe that a 6 year old system that had regular maintenance needed to be replaced. We called the company who installed the system, Norman Heating and Air, for a second opinion. The single pole contactor needed to be replaced. The TXV (a valve) was not working properly due to contamination. I asked how does this get contaminated. It could not be proven, but the service technician probably contaminated it with his gauges. Regardless, it cost $2600 to replace and repair. I called Gordons 5 times over the next 3 days and Ashley, the service manager would not return my calls. What terrible customer service to not even respond to a customer. We are in our 70s and live in a nice neighborhood. I believe they thought these old people won't know the difference and tried to take advantage of us. I have since told this story to two friends and they both said they are known for this. Beware of shady business with this company.
