Gorditas Mexican Kitchen

Tried gorditas from here for the very first time ever. I have heard raving reviews about them and always drive by when I visit family nearby. Unfortunately, I wasn't a big fan! Maybe it was the meats, or maybe the breading part, I'm not sure. I was not a big fan of their salsas though. I ordered three different ones. I ordered the pollo con creme, pollo en chipotle, and barbacoa, and the refried beans(frijoles without cheese). Everything was just ok. It just did not hit the spot or have exploding delicious flavors. I may have an unpopular opinion, but that is ok! I'm sure your experience will be different. Try them anyway!

Love this place. I never remember to get pics because when the food comes, it's gone! My fav is their chicken Gordita but they are all good and flavorful.

Authentic Mexican food awaits you at this place.We were pleasantly surprised. The food is great and the staff are friendly.Old style building, but very clean.The Gordita plate was great both barbicoa and carne asada.

Amazing Gorditas. My son in law ate here and we each had two different Gordita's. They were all wonderful. You'll have to give it a try

I think that order would've been good if the language barrier was not there. The food was okay...

Our party of 5 decided to try Gorditas because we were hungry and it was close to the airport. The friendly staff and tasty Mexican comfort food at reasonable prices made us glad we did. I ordered the barbacoa plate with flour tortillas, rice and beans and was pleasantly surprised. I think you will like this friendly and laid back restaurant for lunch. Give it a try.

This place is super badass! Really great authentic gorditas. All of them are great but the pollo en crema because it's crema de corn and I FUC'ing hate corn. But the picadillo is a on point the discada is also machine but the one Gordita to rule them all would be the rajás con queso Im craving that right now in fact. Only 11 hours till the open!

First time here and I was super hungry and excited to try it! You walk in and know this place is legit. Then you look at the menu and you really get the authentic Mexican vibe. One out of three of my gorditas were good but that was my fault. I didn't pick the right ones for me. I'll come again though for sure

Food was good but watch out for the cookies in the front counter those things were $13. Yikes

Work near the place and I go here every week. It is seriously so good and I grave it! Staff is very friendly too.
