Goodholm Park

Love the area, quality equipment on the playground, nice-looking tennis courts (not that I would know anything about tennis courts, but there are always people playing out there and it seemed to be going well?) and even bathrooms - although I did not use them, so can't really speak to much more than that they exist! Would definitely get 5 stars, but the lack of mulch on the playground is a big issue. It desperately needs to be filled in. I'm there with little ones, and they have a tough time reaching the equipment because the mulch that constitutes the ground is so low.

This is a small park and with Covid the playground its closed but the covered picnic tables are nice. They also have tennis courts. On the fence on the courts is some artwork. Many people walk their dogs here. They even have doggie-doo-doo bags with a dedicated trashcan for the doo-doo. It's quiet enough and nice.

This is a park I hadn't really noticed before as I don't drive on these side streets often, but I recently came to know it after looking up tennis courts near me. I had no idea there was a set of courts like this just down 23rd from my house! I played tennis some as a kid and recently had the itch to pick back up my racket. It was also a perfect COVID friendly activity and way to get outdoors. There are five well kept courts here, so there has been at least one open each time we've come to play. My office isn't far from here either, so I have come to the park to eat on my lunch break as well. Nice work, OKC Parks!
