Super friendly staff and facility was clean. My issue is the lack of detail for the price. And the safety. It is obvious the facility is in dire need of some basic maintenance and upkeep. Many areas seemed dingy and downright gross.

My son and i had a blast here. You have to enter a waiver form and have trampoline park socks in order to play. Little pro tip if you purchase your tickets online they are almost always having specials! Several different foam pits one with basketball goal near, a swing that you can literally swing into the pit etc. however there aren't any employees walking around monitoring stuff like other trampoline parks.Also in the giant inflatables what grossed me out was the fact that they could deserve a good cleaning i found several spots where there were tons of hairs clumped together that was very noticeable.

What other way to say fun other than trampoline park! Not only do they have the trampolines, they have an obstacle course, dodge ball, foam pit/swing. Zipline. Bounce house (big) battle beam and just overall fun. Anybody is sure to have a good time here kids or adults! Of course it can be a tad crowded on a rainy day maybe!? But that's because its a popular, fun and exciting spot. The kids had a blast so we'll definitely be returning. Brothers Family from Michigan in town and this beat the heat and the girls were wore out!!!Staff was top notch and ready to answer questions. A fun area where you can take the kids. For the price it could've been better. You pay per person and you have to pay for socks. When I was there the AC was broken and the vending machine to. Most of the play area was broken like the foam pit area swing and the big bounce house had a few hole in it. Decent place to jump and have fun.

My kids had fun but this place is so gross. The facility was filthy and unsafe. A little girl busted her chin open and there were blood droplets throughout the facility, which were still there (dried) an hour later. There were very few staff and no one available to ensure safety or clean up where needed. There's also play areas in close proximity to the front doors, which are unmanned (no exit system or other barriers in place to ensure kids don't leave or leave with the right people). Some of the equipment seemed incredibly unsafe as well. There's one area with closely stacked trampolines that kids were climbing up into while kids above were jumping (into the headspace of the kids on the lower level)...not safe for the elementary aged kids who made up most of the kids there. I felt like we all needed a shower when we left. :(

This is our first time here. My 7 and 5 yr old love this place so far. Garrett has been very helpful and friendly with tour of the place and explaining party details for booking. We will be booking our next bday party here!

So while the kids had fun, and the man working the counter was very nice, the place was grimy! The women's bathroom was a wreck! I saw no one cleaning or checking on anything or anyone.

Booked for an end of year trip for my 4-H club. Party room was set up and ready, which was really nice. Pizza and drinks were included with package and able to have a private room, again which was nice. The cleanliness...not so much. TONS of places that were just gross including the restrooms. Stall partitions were broken and hanging off the walls and we wont even talk about the condition of the toilets. One of my students received a head injury due to a metal bar for the zipline directly above a trampoline. The metal bar had no padding whatsoever and had a huge gob of hair stuck to it so I know my kiddo was not the only one to hit his head on this metal bar. No employees to help monitor kids besides the uninterested young man at the front desk. The place is in desperate need of a good scrubbing and updatingNeedless to say, I will not be taking kiddos on another field trip to Get Air.
