Absolutely a delicious burger! I'm not sure exactly what made my bacon cheeseburger so outstanding, but it involved a perfectly grilled bun, lots of bacon, 2 kinds of cheese, and a juicy patty. There is nothing fancy about Geronimo's; in fact, apparently the inside is not open to customers now. Someone comes to your car to take your order, and it doesn't take long before he returns with your food. I give the food 5 stars - burger and onion rings were very good. I give the overall experience a 4 because service could have been friendlier, and I would rather be able to sit and eat inside. Also, it is called a bakery, but they didn't have any baked goods when we were there, and we weren't told if that meant they aren't serving them anymore or they were out for the day. We were just told they didn't have cookies or donuts or any desserts. It is definitely a place I would come back to, and it is helpful to know that you will need to take your food to go.

Orders are taken in parking lot. Food is brought out to you. Ordered burger and fries. Fries were very good - warm and crispy. If you're into burger toppings and not picky about the patty, you'll probably really like this place. If you're more into the patty itself and not as much into toppings, I would recommend Patty Wagon.

Why is this place still called bakery? Do they still make donuts? I know back in the day like 30 years ago when I was out in the world and just being terrible. A guy would sell us crack from out of there. The did have awesome burgers. By the posts they still do.

The food here is delicious. Last night I got a bacon cheeseburger w/grilled onions and no tomatoes with a side of fries. The burger was a nice size with plenty of bacon unlike most restaurants. A nice toasted bun. The fries were nice and seasoned. Good juicy burger with hot crispy fries . It was so good I went back for lunch today. This time I got the footlong chili dog and onion rings. The onion rings are nice a crispy with a little sweetness from the onion, like a tempura batter on them. The footlong is 2 regular dogs on foot long bun with mustard, onions, shredded cheese, and chili on top. At first I didn't like the chili being on top of the cheese but then I realized they do it this way so all the cheese doesn't stick since it has to be wrapped in foil. The bun was toasted, good chili, just overall good. I've had their breakfast sandwich pre Covid and I'm pretty sure it was good too. When you pull up someone will come to your car and take your order, ask for a menu if you need to. He goes back inside and will come out sometime later with your food hot and fresh, then he'll take your payment. He's a nice man, everyone I've encountered there is great. The best local burger spot imo. 10/10

Geronimo's is a staple on the Eastside for many years even before I was born. He always had the doughnuts at this spot and when I was a kid, he had the Long Johns at Handy Sack on 26th and Kelly. At some point that I'm not sure about they started doing burgers. I always remember going there and getting bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, I'm mean a pile of grilled onions. Burgers was so bomb, I just don't know what he was putting in them. There was nothing like them back then. Even when Braum's started doing burgers you could get grilled onions and a bomb shake, but it wasn't a Geronimo burger. Now when I come to this spot I always get a double cheeseburger or a double Geronimo burger, and sometimes a doughnut as a dessert.

Believe the hype. Every single word of it.First of all, the unbelievable niceness of the team who runs Geronimo's. We pulled up shortly after they had closed (keeping earlier hours during COVID) but the man came out and told us the grill was still hot and he'd be happy to take our order.Minutes later, a bag of piping hot burgers, fries, and tots is delivered straight to our car. Every bit of it was delicious down to the last bite. Perfectly crispy crinkle cut fries and uniquely seasoned tots. The buns are toasted and delightful as well. We're told they haven't had donuts since COVID hit due to lack of ingredients, but they hope to resume making them in a few weeks. We'll absolutely be back when they do.Be sure to check out the Discover Oklahoma piece about the history of this place:http://discoveroklahomatv.com/stories/2017/geronimos-bakery

Been meaning to try this place out because of the great reviews! Decided to come here after a long day at the lake...and this was just the thing my girls and I needed. We needed comfort food, and comfort is most definitely what we got. Portions are pretty big considering what you pay! The chicken wings and fries was about 6.50$ if I'm not mistaken. I even got the Geronimo's burger to go for the boyfriend, and he said it was pretty good for 5$! Right now they're doing take out and curbside orders too! Both my friends got the catfish and fries, and they also ordered jalapeno bombers, and onion rings. The jalapeno cheese bombers were so insanely good!! Oozy, gooey, cheddar cheese, and fried to absolute perfection. And don't get me started on the catfish. I know we were prepping ourselves for greasy food, but that catfish was done so perfectly well that it didn't feel greasy, crunchy on the outside, flaky on the inside, AND seasoned ridiculously well. The chicken wings were a little greasy, but considering that spot on seasoning and how juicy it all came out... a little grease won't hurt. When we went they didn't have donuts and sweets but we will definitely come back for them after having them all. Only con I would say is their fries could've been fried a little longer, but they were seasoned well and the portions were more than generous. Absolutely loved everything we had here, and we'll be back for more for sure!

The legend of the Geronimo burger is not as well known as it should be. For a state that is in the "buckle of the burger belt", this place offers up its own contribution to the variety of burgers that Oklahoma has offer. It's not my favorite (I'm still an onion burger lover), but it was overall delicious. My burger-loving friend and I arrived at 12:30 pm on a rainy summer Wednesday afternoon. We were a little disappointed to find that you can't eat inside the main building. We considered eating at one of the two picnic tables on site, but they looked too wet. We ate in my friend's vehicle in the parking lot. An employee brought our food to the vehicle after it was ready. We both ordered Geronimo burgers: his with mayo and mine with mustard. The employee who brought out our orders announced both of them to be sure he was giving them to the right customers. I'm glad that he did because he accidentally brought me a burger with mayo instead of mustard. After a few minutes, he brought out a burger with mustard, and we were ready to eat!The Geronimo burger I got had the signature slice of ham along with a slice of American cheese, a generous serving of chopped iceberg lettuce, some tomato slices, pickles, chopped white onions, and mustard. It was almost too hot to handle when I received it from the employee who brought it to my friend's vehicle. That made me happy. As I've written in previous burger reviews, I don't mind waiting for my burger to cool down. I would rather not receive a lukewarm burger that's been sitting around for a while. The patty was not as large as I expected. I may return and order a double regular hamburger with no cheese just to see what they're doing with their patties. All of the other ingredients made it impossible for me to tell how well they seasoned the patty and whether there was any smoke flavor in it. However, on the positive side, the bun was a little bit larger than the patty, so there were no problems with the patty hanging outside the bun. The bun itself was wrinkled on top. That's what I saw in pictures posted by other reviewers. As we all learned as little kids, food still tastes great even though it may not look like what you expected. This was true with this bun. I'm not sure whether they bake their own buns, but this one met with my approval. The bottom bun didn't dissolve before I finished the burger, and nothing squirted through the top bun. If you like sesame seed buns, you're out of luck; there are none on the bun that they use.The ham was underwhelming. I simply couldn't taste it. Maybe you can taste it better if you order it without cheese. The condiments were mixed in effectiveness. The tomato slices and pickle slices added the right amount of moisture to the burger. On the other hand, the chopped lettuce was too large of a serving for my taste. I think it was one of the things that prevented me from tasting the ham slice and the burger patty. The onions did an even better job of obscuring the flavors of other parts of the burger. On a future visit, I will order without onions to see if my guess is correct about this burger.I ordered french fries for my side. The amount that came out was between the size of a small and medium fries at your favorite fast food burger chain. They were medium width shoestring fries - comparable to Burger King or Wendy's. They were cooked just right in whatever oil they use. I didn't finish all mine; they reheated nicely at home in my air fryer the next day.My burger-loving friend ordered onion rings for his side. I tried one. Mmmm! I don't prefer onion rings, but I would order these on a future trip. First, they appear to hand-battered in the restaurant. Second, they have a touch of sweetness as if they are battered in donut dough and/or they are cooked in the same fryer as their donuts. My positive experience with the french fries and onion rings made me curious to try their fried okra, too.I wish it were closer to where I live in NW OKC so I could visit more often. Sigh. Too many burger places, too little time.

Went out of our way for donuts. There were none. Was rudely greeted at the door asking what I wanted. It was 10:30 am and no baked goods. Strange place.
