This Del City location saved my car from being a total loss & waived my deductible. That was a major blessing! Understand folks car collision repair centers & industry are getting delays left and right due to time, parts & fights with insurance companies. Having to pay for my own rental car out of pocket for a month wasn't ideal. I should have come to this location 1st. This Del city location gave me the website updates and if I had any concerns I could speak to someone who explained the unexpected delays due to parts from the OEM module highlight being faulty. I had previously ordered run flat tires and they installed for me I dropped them off for installation since they were doing the suspension check & alignment!.I orginally went to the certified Mercedes Gerber collision center in deer creek. But they were going to total my car out for two OEM doors. I lost 2 weeks of repair time and rental coverage. I had to pick my wrecked car up and take to the Gerber collision center in del city. It took almost an hour to get there. Del city was able to get me in within the same week. They normally have week wait time. I'm grateful for the time slot. 2 months later at Gerber Del city ,I noticed a loud sound of air coming in; the technician came out to test drive and was able to duplicate the noise. With no problem Gerber contacted my insurance company about the problem to be fixed. Also I have a lifetime warranty.

Collision Works did a Fantastic job on my car!! You can't even tell where the paint had to be blended. Also I had went to a shop for an estimate and when I mentioned AllState was the insurance company responsible for the bill they didn't want to give an estimate but with the Collision Works team there were no questions asked just fast, friendly, professional, and honest service. I am very picky with my car and who works on it. I am so THANKFUL my friend referred me to Collision Works on 29th street!!

I just took my Nissan titan to collision Works for for some rear bumper work over the weekend and had some Versace sunglasses in my truck in the center consul stored away in their original box when I went to go pick up the truck the sunglasses were no longer there I trusted Geico to send me somewhere where I could trust, not send me where there's thieves!! There's no reason why someone was looking inside my truck especially inside the center consul when all the work was outside of the truck

This is a top-notch operation. If I could give a sixth star I would. A tree fell on my truck during an ice storm and caused significant body damage in some difficult places. Paint, dent repair, glass work... They took this challenge head on and it looks brand new. They did a better job than the Ford body shop after my last break-in.Really pleased with the customer service as well. The staff is professional, easy to talk to. I received text updates of the process. Follow up calls after.This truck has been through some stuff, but it looks brand new thanks to these folks. I'll be back. Thanks guys!

Honestly, from the moment I walked in they were very friendly. Got someone out to give an estimate on my car in a timely manner. VERY good on their prices($$ for labor hours to be specific). They had my repair done in 2 days flat. I would definitely recommend them to another. I dunno what went wrong with the other dudes repair in the other review...but everything was spot on with my experience. When your car is in an accident it will NEVER be the same as it was before, and things aren't going to ride and sound the exact same. That's why you lose value on your car after a wreck. Repair centers do the best they can to return your ride to specification. It doesn't always workout perfectly with this in mind.

I am honestly just shocked by these terrible reviews, because we have had a fantastic experience with this place. Kenneth and Diana were so gracious and served us so professionally. I think that if anyone walked into this shop, they would be as impressed as I was. We will definitely use Gerber Collision Del City in the future!

My car had $12,000 of damage from hail. They did OK with repairs on the outside, but the inside of my car was left dirty with handprints and smudges on my interior. I felt like the workers were very careless. This was a brand new car, only a few months old. I just feel like they could have taken more steps to be respectful of others property

They didn't complete the work. They let me drive the car off their lot with the air bag light on. This is a danger and if anything happens will be held fully responsible. Broken parts in the trunk and a flat tire Unsatisfied.

Collision Works of Tulsa Body Shops 10002 E 51st StTulsa, OK 74146 8/30/2018 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I took my truck in for repairs, two days later the Tulsa Police called that they had found my truck totaled and strip. Collision Works never called to let me know my truck was stolen or that they left the keys in the truck. The manager said he was too busy to call me and his insurance wouldn't cover this. They also left the truck in an unsecure building but claim its not there fault and we had to file the loss on our insurance. If you value your vehicle do not use Collision Works! I also had to pay the $1000 deducible for my truck and my insurance cancelled me, thanks a lot Collision Works you have the worst company I have ever come across.

Collision Works pretends to be some wonderful upstanding business but nothing could be further from the truth. 1. Collision works wasn't not timely in my repair2 Collision works was given a list of items to check/ repair and Refused to do so. 3. Collision works agreed to thoroughly inspect my vehicle however they processed me faster then a fast food cheese burger.4. After I showed Collision works the problem and they agreed that it was a problem they try to send me to the dealership to fix it!!!!Employees and managers are dishonest and lazy. Collision works is only in business because their relationship with Geico and Geico is in question also.
