They did an exceptional job on my parents Lilly pond! They were super friendly. They went above and beyond in petting and spoiling their dog Benji. They completely understood they were in his territory and were very professional. The fish they purchased have done pretty well. They did have one die, but they were very quick to replace it at no charge. Unfortunately, the turtles they bought bolted. They stayed around for a day or two then they disappeared. No note or anything who knows maybe they're out there somewhere fighting crime.

Our original fish pond was created by Garden Ponds Unlimited over 15 years ago. A year and a half ago we converted it to a pondless pond.They have always done an excellent job supporting and cleaning our pond annually. Last week Nathan came out to do a pond cleanup and a repair on our pump. He did an excellent job and was very efficient. He explained everything to me thoroughly. We recommend Garden Ponds Unlimited highly.

I was told a free clean out, was included with my pond purchase. I was told on several occasions that I was on the waiting list but after months, I call back and personnel could not find me in their system. My pond is out of warranty now and they finnaly called me back only to say they weren't required to clean out my pond. The installation was not done according to how I was told it would be. Minimum materials were used, undoubtedly to save cost on their end. As a result of poor construction, it has been a nightmare to maintain. Their sales contract had some clauses about posting negative reviews. A business that doesn't want reviews posted is probably sub standard as I have discovered. The owner may try to sue me for being honest about how I was treated and that's fine. I'll see you in court. There have probably been other customers that were successfully bullied into not letting anyone know about the service they have received. Buyer beware. PS there is a wonderful pond company in Shawnee Oklahoma, that I have dealt with on several occasions .They also have maintenance people that are available in the Norman area who are a pleasured work with.

We have been dreaming of a koi pond for a while now and the one we got is much nicer than we imagined! They came out and measured our space. they were very efficient and knowledgeable. More than anything I want to point out how helpful they were. We have never had koi before and they were very helpful in assisting us with what the fish need and helping our confidence. The installation process was easy. The guys came and were courteous. They worked through the heat and maintained a positive disposition. The pond is beautiful. I highly recommend.

I attempted to return a UV filter that was still under warranty and was told they could not accept the return because I did not have the physical paper receipt from almost two years ago. I had printed off proof and date of purchase which is all I needed to fill out the warranty claim for the manufacturer. The staff did physically show me a sign they have at the register that receipts are required for returns. My question is why? I had proof of purchase. Why require the actual receipt? The only reason I can determine would be to make it harder to return items. This seems the opposite of customer service. I had horrible customer service when I purchased this item in the first place. I could have saved 30% and bought the same item online. However, I want to support my local businesses and I like to buy in person for customer service. Two times in a row I have been met with a resistance to being helpful. I feel like a am going to a hipster coffee shop wherein the staff is intentionally unhelpful. I don't expect that from a local garden pond store. I just don't understand the attitude and the unwillingness to provide the best customer service possible. I am sure it is a hassle for staff to return items ... but isn't that part of the job? I ended up going to Oklahoma Ponds in Edmond to get a different, better, and cheaper UV filter and it was night and day in terms of the outstanding service I received at Oklahoma Ponds. At least I will never have to endure Garden Ponds Limited again as I now know their service is consistently horrible and I have the option of a superior competitor.

My parents used Mike to build their pond in 2002 and they have serviced it for many years and my parents bought many pumps and equipment from them through out the years. My mother called Mike to come find a leak and he was extremely rude to her and not willing to come take a look why the pond is now leaking. Would not recommend using them because he doesn't follow up with his customers and is a very rude person!! Find another business to support. Do NOT use them!!
