From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of. So often you walk into a furniture store and you feel crowded by the associates. Not at Galleria Furniture! We spent a good 20 minutes in the entrance sitting on one sectional before we were approached - and it was at exactly the right time.We had the opportunity to work with Paul and let me tell you, it was an absolute joy working with Paul. He listened to everything we wanted, answered every question we had, and included both my husband and I in all conversations. We never felt pressured to buy and he shared honest opinions about certain pieces we were interested in.At the end of our time, we purchased a sectional and chose to have their guys set everything up for us. The customer service did not stop at the store. The gentlemen who set up our sectional were friendly and efficient. They were exactly on time at the beginning of the delivery window (what!?)! The price of the sectional + the delivery + set-up + warranty was all very reasonable. We are so pleased with our experience from start to finish.

A whole bunch of nothing extraordinary in this huge building. On a different note...Gary Owens gets yourself off of your commercials. Good Lord you are detrimental to your business. Rebrand with a professional spokesperson...I cannot stress this enough!!

Had issue after issue with a recliner I had purchased- had the best warranty- took months- almost a year to be exact to get the issue resolved and it wasn't resolved to say the least come to find out. A $1200 recliner- I was given a $386 store credit for AND they kept the recliner so I was out $900 approx. Now I sit with a store credit to use for poorly made furniture. I will NEVER purchase from here again.

Great customer service after over 2 year a couch in the theatre room had wires chewed by my father in laws dog. They came out and fixed it for $85. Great guy!! Thank you!

The worst store to buy anything. They fail to tell you that only have 48 hours to return anything. Plus I was told if not fit I can exchange it, that is false they didn't let you exchange it. 48 hours frame for return is ridiculous. The worst store to buy and the general manager she is no nice that all. .

We bought our living room, dining room , our king size bed and yes a house full of carpet 7 yrs ago and all of our furniture still look and functions great. Our ding room table and chairs still look new and wears good, our living room furniture is as comfy as ever, the recliners in the sofa still work great, king size bed so comfy. So they have stood by their furniture and the furniture was well quality. Even though they no longer sale carpet it still looks great, but would love to change colors. The store in Guthrie has been exceptional. Definitely will buying some updated pieces in near future.Well worth the money. Service was the best.

The service here was absolutely great, we came for a dresser and they didn't have exactly what we were looking for, but as we were browsing we had 3 different associates (from different sections) ask us if we were doing okay, if there was anything we were looking for, and if they could help us. They were genuine and friendly, but Nikki Angell really stuck out, she went above and beyond and ended up helping us find a couch that fit every need we had. She was very patient, kind, and helpful. She wasn't pushy and didn't give off the typical "just trying to make a sale" fake nice attitude. I would recommend this store to anyone but more than that I would 100% recommend requesting Nikki Angell when you come! Seriously some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. She genuinely cares about you and your needs. Also the prices are very reasonable and they will work with you on multiple financing options for whatever your situation is!

The presale customer service was great. There have been so many problems that started in the first month of the sectional being delivered. The insurance we were sold takes forever to get service. When it is being fixed you have to live without it and it can weeks to get repairs. Disappointed is an understatement. Would expect more from a sectional we spent $5k on.

We purchased over $3k worth of furniture at this store and very disappointed but the cheap quality. Our couches are only used very minimal as only two adults use them. (No kids jumping or playing) We noticed the cushions gradually going flat and looking bad. With time the frame started sounded like there was a crack. Although we purchased a "protection" from galleria called "guardsman" which is a scam. (Look up the reviews yourself) I should've done that myself before purchase. All our claims were denied which surprised us because the sales person at galleria did an impressive sales pitch that sold us. We have been denied due to the "time" it was reported not being reported on time. Well we contacted both galleria and guardsman when this happened and we were slow played and never got the claim links sent which caused time to fly by. I do not recommend furniture or the protection plan from here at all.
