The price of luggage is expensive and all other airlines have a 50 lbs limit till you get to the Gypsy airline and they say 40 is the new number and scam you for overweight fees. $100 dollars a bag 1 way basically. Same for the carry on. We had the same woman Check us inGet us boarded Gave instructions on the plane I'm pretty sure she might have loaded the luggage onto the plane. She's worth every penny. The fees and the overhead..... airline is banking $$$

If I can give a zero I would. Our flight got canceled from OKC to Denver they gave us a hour delay at first then let us get on the plane then told us to get off that our flight was canceled. Waited at the ticket desk for 2 hour and we were kind of front of line, told us they would give us a hotel room and a shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport in the morning. Then to later tell use no one will be getting a voucher. My girlfriend, 9 and 16 year old daughter had to sleep at the airport and wait 12 hours for the next flight.. horrible.. ps. Lady's at the ticket desk were grate and we can tell they felt sorry for all of us!!

I wish I can give negative stars because I so despise these airlines. The baggage drop off was way too slow, the staff at the airport are rude. On top of everything, they lost my bags and the only way to reach them is through mail and haven't heard from them.Would never take these airlines again and wouldn't recommend them.

See lots of bad reviews I never rode on this airline back in the day when all the negative reviews were being given. We only started flying the last 6 months because they have one of the o my direct flights to vegas from OKC. I actually prefer to to southwest having to wait in line they have assigned seating. I get the upgrade seating with additional leg room in the first couple rows. You also can change your flight days up until the time you check in with the upgrade only paying the flight difference or getting a credit if it happens to be less. They have alcohol on the flights for purchase and we have had great experience with the staff and flights. I would say for the price point it's a strong 5 star.

Lost my luggage. I was there 2 hours early for the nonstop flight. One bag made it and one did not. How do you lose one of my bags on nonstop flight when they were checked at same time. Go with a bigger airline that has it together.

If there was a way to leave negative stars, I would. It feels dishonest even giving them one star. I almost never leave bad reviews or go out of my way to rate a company, but here we are. I had never heard of frontier....but they were offered up as a returning flight from Vegas at a decent price. The flight to Vegas was with American Airlines and was trouble free.A few days before my return trip I started getting emails about paying for luggage.I was surprised that I was giing to have to pay for my checked bag AND my carryon.But not much I could do about it at the time because the deadline to change flights without ridiculous fees had passed. I begrudgingly paid for my carryon, but the app would not complete my purchase of checked bags. After numerous attempts at getting their website or app to work, while I'm on vacation I gave up and decided to address when I hit the terminal. Then I see on the website that if you ask assistance from the airline to check in, you would be charged a fee,....something I've never heard of.When I got there, numerous passengers were mad, rearranging stuff in their suitcases. I wasn't sure what was going on.Well,...evidently they have recently dropped the weight for checked baggage and passengers were throwing things away to get under their wait. After their check-in computer errored out and couldn't find my flight, I asked the Frontier agent for assistance. After even she had issues pulling it up, I was told that not only was I going to have to pay a higher rate because I couldn't get it paid for on the app, I was going to be charged 100 for it being overweight. The agent then rudely told me I could get rid of some of my stuff, find another way to send some of it home or pay the fee! I took my luggage (the same luggage that I took on American flight with no extra fees) and threw out tshirts and a few pairs of jeans to try to make weight. As I was weighing on the passenger testing scale, not the one the agent was using, I got to the correct weight. The Frontier employee next to me said, that that scale was unofficial and often is different from the one at the counter. I thought surely this couldn't be the case,....I was wrong! Sure enough,...it was higher at the counter. The agent was smug when she told me I was still over and would have to pay the additional 100 plus the higher than offered on the app rate. As I was running out of time, I paid the fees. The total luggage fees were DOUBLE the cost of the flight. It felt like a well designed swindle. I don't have the space to even describe what I watched with the bins designed to see if your carryon or personal items were the correct size. One passenger was removed from the flight because he was so mad about the whole situation saying he was being "overly aggressive". which didn't seem to be the case from our view. At that point, even the fact that they offered no drinks or snacks unless you bought them didn't phase me. I was surprised that they even charged for water.Needless to say,....I will never do business with them again. And,....I feel like I have a duty to warn anyone I can about their practices. When I got home I researched whether or not anyone else had the same issues only to find that it was recently revealed that the agents get bonuses for every up charge on bags, which helps explain the smugness of the agent telling me about the fees.

Worst trip ever! I used them once and was ok the seats where comfortable people was friendly but let me tell you if you have a problem and they cancel your flight and they have your bag you will be stuck till they are ready for you to go. I have went 3 days without my medication and all these people offered was to refund my money in 7-10 days or wait another day for another flight. This was in Vegas. And oh don't ask to speak to a manager cause that's not going to happen. And you can not talk to anyone on the phone only in text. I will never fly with these people again, and I am going to tell everyone I know not to and post on all my social media's. You people are horrible! I only gave the two star cause they only deserve one but the baggage lady in Dallas that helped me confirm my bag made it to Oklahoma but even she could not get ahold of these people in Will Rogers on the. Had to go up there to wait for the employees to come out to check people an hour before there flight when they tell you they open two hours before a flight. People Run from them please save yourself the blood pressure! I'm done.

Awful customer service!! After two hours of on the phone still being told they can not provide me proof that I flew. recommend using their app but then can't provide a past boarding pass. Was hung up on three times, passed around and received different answers from everyone.
