Frontier Lanes

Owner and 2 employees were rude when I brought a water in from outside for my 1 year old. It was a water with a straw and stated I had to throw it away because it was in conflict with their liquor license.Unprofessional and not understanding to a mom trying to keep her little one hydrated while enjoying some family fun.I won't be going back.

Who can resist a trip to the bowling alley with friends? This is a pretty good alley set up in the old style, but the equipment is newer. I like the new equipment, but there's still something about those old ball returns and projected score boards where you write on your sheet with a pencil. I miss the old style, but I guess the new stuff at least saves trees.

This place was is over priced and the staff is rude. The approaches are tacky and you can't slide. ( even with good shoes.). I do not like the carpet either. people spill drinks and then you can't see it but you step in it. then you stick even more on approach. 30 mins south east of this place is Frontier Bowl in Cushing. It is so nice and so are the people. Cheap and fun. Save some money and drive to Cushing. See Derek at frontier bowel. The owner and best Pro shop in Oklahoma. Tell Derek Jeremy sent you. my wif and I bowled here in Stillwater 2 years ago. we rolled one game we both had our own shoes. it was almost 20 bucks. Cushing is never more than 4 bucks a game and even $1.50 on some nights like Tuesday.

Every single staff member was incredibly disrespectful. We went for an OSU event and the staff acted very condescending to everyone there and was overall unprofessional. I understand they have to enforce things like no drinks and other things but the staff conveys all their wishes in the most rude way possible. Really wish this wasn't the only place to bowl in Stillwater.

The entire staff was extremely rude! Me and my girlfriend went during the suab bowling night and were meeting some friends. After walking in with chick fil a we just bought to eat while bowling, the heftier man rudely told us that we couldn't eat here. After assuming he meant near the lanes, we went to the food and drink area to gather our food and things to leave where he once again responded with "HEY! Out means out!" Not even giving a chance to leave. Not only that but the taller man in the spears shirt and glasses would not give me shoes and kicked my friends and us off of our lane (osu had a one game per person rule, BUT an osu event leader said we could play another game, but the workers wouldn't allow it). Apparently everyone who works there has no social skills and thinks they're on the top of the world working at a bad bowling alley. Grow up guys!

Very poor customer service. The older chunky guy working there is extremely rude and does not know how to speak to people. If you are not friendly or know how to speak to people maybe he should consider not working there. I will NEVER spend another dime in that establishment.

Normally I don't mind going to frontier lanes and actually enjoy it but honestly I am kinda almost fed up with it. Me and my girlfriend were going to the bowling alley on Wednesday night which is unlimited bowling from 8 to 10 so we showed up at 8 o'clock and when there it was extremely busy which as expected the front up people said could take 45 minutes to 1 hour which we was fine with. But there was people that were literally on there 8 or 9th game which was ridiculous for us but for other people that wanted to bowl tonight as well and we waited an 1 hour and 40 minutes to just to bowl one game. Like I said I understand the unlimited bowling but at a current point think there needs to be a cut off to where many other people can have a chance to bowl and have the same fun experience

Extremely rude and disrespectful. I understand there are policies to enforce but not only were they unclear about these policies, they also conveyed them in the rudest way possible.

Best believe my friends and I will not be stepping foot in that bowling alley ever again. The dude with the glasses was very disrespectful and rude towards all my friends for a minor mistake. He also got in one of my friends faces and would not stop yelling at him after apologizing multiple times. Someone let me know when they hire new management and they will get their customers back:)

Sometimes they have great workers, other times they have jerks. Its the only bowling alley in stillwater, though. But we hardly ever go because its pretty pricey.
