Very awesome Orange creamsicle ice cream that is rolled very promptly - I also got it with Frosted Flakes as a topping. They also have efficient self-service kiosks that makes everything effortless and speedy in terms of ordering. Also, they have rad 80s aesthetics around the store and cool posters from that era (see pictures) they may be originally generated. Recommended!

We've been here a few times and the ice cream is sublime! To die for! Just the best ever. But when I tell you, the man, the one, the only, Jamal, knocked it out of the PARK with this serving. I lit up like a child on Christmas morning when I picked up my order. My smile was the biggest it has been in WEEKS. And after a few really hard weeks, it was much needed. This young man did just a little extra to make my rolled ice cream a little extra special, so I made sure to go out of my way to make his day a little extra special too. His work ethic is to be commended because the little bit of extra effort into my ice cream just absolutely made everything better if even for a little bit.

Not a place I would return to again, and it has nothing to do with the service and everything to do with preference. The restaurant was clean, my friend and I came in about thirty minutes before they closed. The woman at the front allowed me to read the menu without presiding me which I really appreciated! There are tons of combinations to choose from, starting with your base which is a milk with or without flavoring. There is even a "vegan" option which I think is actually a lactose free base, and I chose that. Lactose free is not the same things as dairy free and it has taken me a long time to grasp that, but this visit made it abundantly clear for me! A vegan option would not have had my body reacting the way that it did, but again, it could just be me. It was cool watching them mix the ingredients together and smoothing it out, rolling it up. Quite different way to enjoy dessert. It just wasn't for me, I think I'd rather have a true sundae where my toppings are visible to enjoy. Overall I had a fun time with my friend, but I think the base of the ice cream really made it an i enjoyable experience for me unfortunately.

This was by far the best ice cream I've had. The place has such a kid friendly vibe but also kind of swagged out in its own way. The whole menu is 100% lactose free... which is a huge plus for my melanated peoples. The service was quick and you get to choose and watch how they make your ice cream. It was worth every minute and penny spent here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND even on a COLD & RAINY DAY‼ ITS THAT GOOD. My favorite order was the Mocha Frap w/ brownie and cheescake toppings. It tasted so fresh and did not leave that mucous feeling in the back of your throat that most other places do.

Came tonight for the first time for my husband's birthday since he loves ice cream!! We were both super excited to try it out but were very disappointed once we did try it. I got the lil pebbles with strawberry ice cream & added trix ice cream on top as well, the flavor of the strawberry ice cream was good. However, the ice cream itself was hard and not soft at all. Then the cereal was sooooo stale, like absolutely disgusting I couldn't eat it from how stale it was. I can't comment on the customer service, as there was none given really. More than likely won't be back because that is not worth $22..
