The culinary program at Francis Tuttle is possibly the WORST culinary program in OKC or American. One instructor that works at the district 21 made old gray meat tartar for the class one time and had his drunk friends in for a visit being rude. The program itself is so confusing, they change the curriculum every 2 weeks or so and have us switching around. There is only one good instructor there in the evening who subs in the morning too, nice guy and totally professional, the rest are a massive joke. I dropped the program when I received what I could, it's not worth it to keep going for another semester or year. Also, the instructors like to get together outside of the classrooms to gossip and talk bad about one another. Seems to me that it's not a good working environment or a good environment for students to learn because its so toxic. RUN AWAY from this place people. Good luck!

Francis Tuttle is an incredible resource for not only those searching for a new career, but also for highschool students who want to get some hands on training in a couple of different fields. Everything is state of the art and the instructors are amazing. They make it all about the students and really work with the students to figure out a pace and learning style that works for each individual. Everyone I have talked to that works in any department has been very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend.

The state makes license insurance agents and producers take a certain amount of continuing education classes. Francis Tuttle makes it easy to enroll. They have monthly 3 day courses and your credits are automatically credited to your account with the state. Lunch included if there longer than 6 hoursThe cafeteria is amazing. Abundance of choices prepared by culinary students. They even have a restaurant called District 21 open nightly. This facility offers so many classes and programs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Check them out!! I've already signed up for some social media courses!!

Facility and HUGE and SUPER SUPER nice. I signed up for a 4-Day Fermentation Course which was SUPERB. The instructor teaches additional classes which are just 1 day. I learned A LOT and the instructor PETE was adaptable and taught us so much! Within the four days, we learned to make escabeche, kefir, yogurt, jewish rye bread, kim chi, sauerkraut, apple cider vinegar, AND kombucha. While we had to bring the product home for further fermentation, it was a joy to do. This was my first culinary class at Francis Tuttle and for sure won't be my last! Sign up for classes, they're fun and affordable!

If I was of the age and inclination to learn a trade, this is the very place! Great space, great classes. The culinary institute has several commercial establishments. Oklahoma, you can become a great food destination. Let's Fracis Tuttle be part of it. Be excellent. Be bold!

I took classes from beginner to advanced, and my conceal carry license. The instructor is very knowledgable about what he is teaching and really knows what he is talking about. He also isn't afraid of being corrected or of learning something new that someone has to bring. The facilities are incredibly clean and everything is maintained astoundingly. 10/10 recommend taking your classes here and with the Instructor Houston Denham. I will be taking another class here soon.

So I was really looking forward to attending Francis Tuttle and taking their Programming and Software Development course. So when I called to make an appointment to enroll they told me the wait list was 3 years. Next they told me they were thinking about opening the same course on another campus. If you have a 3 year long wait list what is there to think about? Add an additional classroom! Then I called on attending their cyber security program and the enrollment counselor told me the list is so lengthy she couldn't tell me how long it would be. Why not tell people upfront on your website your classes are full for some time to come so they don't start arranging their lives to attend just to find out it's not even possible.

I enrolled for a class last oct. 3, 2014 for the cpr class supposedly to be conducted today oct. 24, 2014. I woke up early, dressed and all to be ready for the class for 8:30am at rockwell campus. My husband and i arrived in the campus at decent time coming from guthrie only to find out that the class was just cancelled yesterday. From october 3 to today we didnt received any information from them, no confirmation where the room, time, date of the class is to be held. And then they're just telling us today that the class was cancelled yesterday. They told us that its too late yesterday for them to call or text or send e-mail. Really what if we're coming from afar and then they're just telling that the class was cancelled because there's no enough student for today's class. We just wasted gas for nothing. Oct.3 to oct 23 is enough time for them to figure it out if somebody's enrolling for that class or not. I need that class so bad and they just did that. Incompetent people no communication at all. They took the money so quick i'm hoping that we can get it back quick too. No matter how late it is just tell to those person who enrolled for that class that the class is cancelled so that they will know it right then and there for us not to exert effort for nothing. It's better to be late than sorry. Do your job straight because your ruining someone's plan ahead by just one mistake of not communicating. I think every person in the world knows that COMMUNICATION is very important in whatever ways you want it to be heard to disseminate information.
