deliver wrong lumber and CHARGE you for it. won't come pick it up and deliver correct lumber with out YOU paying for it. STICK WITH LOWES....

I pulled up to the store and all parking spots, at least that I could see were taken up. So I parked in front of one of the doors, normally where one would think a handicap parking would be, since I have my handicap card hanging form my mirror. Before I even opened my door a guy comes running out of the doors and yelling at me "YOU CAN'T PARK THERE!" There was not a "No Parking" Sign there. I will never go there again! Screw them and their crappy customer service!

Been buying here for awhile because prices were good. All their lumber is now stored outdoors, so it's usually water logged. They have also stopped doing will-call service. So the amount of money you may have saved on materials is a wash due to the time it takes you to drive to the store, pay for the order, wait for your crew, load your materials, and drive back to the job site. Will be shopping somewhere else from now on.

Terrible customer service. Management is the worst I've ever dealt with. They will not honor returns. Audie is the manager I dealt with. I will make sure my friends and family never shop here again.
