First, let me preface this by saying that I come to the Quail Springs area pretty regularly, and I have been trying out different hotels each time. Most of them in this area are roughly equivalent, in terms of amenities and pricing. The staff at this hotel is what makes it special. The people here are wonderful. They are super responsive and very helpful. The hotel itself is OK. Not fantastic, but it's fine. It's very clean, which is the most important thing to me. Overall, I would say that it is a bit rundown; everything is a bit dated. The walls and ceiling are pretty thin. The first night things were quiet, but then there were some pretty noisy neighbors, both above us, thumping around, and next door. There was also a bizarre knocking sound from time to time. The shower was a little bit weird. In order to turn it on, you have to stand inside The shower was a little bit weird. In order to turn it on, you have to stand inside. GOOD MORNING!! You are definitely awake after that blast of cold water. The valve is also a little bit strange. It was hard to figure out how to make it warm. That part was a bit unpleasant. Overall, my stay was fine. Not amazing, but not bad. if you are a light sleeper, this might not be a good choice for you. One night I was kept up for most of the night because the people above me were walking back-and-forth in the room. If you don't step lightly, the thumping of your feet is very audible to the people below you. Also, the heater/air conditioner unit comes on and off at night, and that can be a little bit bothersome. In this area, at this point in my travels, I would say my favorite hotel is Avid.

I feel like three stars is a pretty generous rating... when first entering the hotel room, I noticed that the door to the room had a 1 inch gap where the door didn't go all the way to the ground. Could make it very easy for anyone to look under or stick something under the door. The thermostat was also very confusing to work and the room felt hot most of the night. Lastly, the bed was made up very weirdly. There was a blanket/pad under the fitted sheet that kept moving and bunching up, making it very hard to feel comfortable while laying down. Very annoying. Also, the fitted sheet seemed like it was too small to fit on the bed. The corners of the sheet all looked like they were about to slide up the edges of the bed. To sum it up, this hotel must have updated their look to be more modern but it definitely still needs some other things to be taken into consideration.

Old and moldy. Cheap furniture that's chipped and broken. The beds have no protection increases the risks of bed bugs. Carpets in lobby are dirty and stained. Stairways are dirty and stained. Air conditioner had lots of mold, found this and moved rooms. Cheap means dirty and nasty

ROOM BROKEN INTO AND THE HOTEL DOESN'T CARE!I had been staying at the Four Points for a 5 weeks, over 30 nights.Sunday, Feb 7, 2021 while I was out during the day, my room was broken into, and two computers and other valuables were stolen, over $5000 in value. Of course, the hotel's video system is currently completely inoperable as they have failed to repair it since some supposed renovations last year. From the condition of the hotel, any renovations are hardly noticeable. The hotel has done nothing to assist in any aspect of the robbery case. They claim from their electronic door lock data that no one used one of their keys to get in the room, and they are leaving it at that. As if that would be the only way to break into a hotel room! The General Manager won't even agree to give me any additional Marriott points as a 'feel good' after I've been staying here that long, and have had that much stolen form me. Unbelievable lack of concern from the General Manager....

Party central right outside the hotel - we won't be back. Two of our five nights were spent listening to booming of music in cars & music from from the Twin Peaks establishment in front of the hotel. Last night was so bad that the overflow parking from the TP event engulfed the hotel's front parking - I was informed that the hotel doesn't do anything to try to prevent or discourage this (such as parking passes for hotel residents or the line) and received a "shrug" when asked "what if i return & there's no parking for me?" We were informed "it should be over by 10:30, all the hotels here get together and call police if it's not over by midnight". There is a lot of parking in the rear - but since no one used it, young drivers decided to use it to show off the donut/driving power of their vehicles. Other than that: staff is friendly, hotel is clean, maid didn't really make the bed, just threw covers back on bed, & breakfast was sorely disappointing in that you get two choices: same egg breakfast every day or cereal (which they couldn't offer because "our milk expired" (apparently they can't buy any).

Always a pleasant stay at the four PointsI stay here when I visit my son and the staff has been friendly and accommodating to me every time. Even remember my name when I walk in and out which is nice.Last time my flight was in very early and I got there around 8:45am. Check in is not until 3pm but the nice lady at the counter had my room cleaned first and got me in within 20 minutes I would say in terms of decor and everything it's about 3 1/2 stars. The room service menu is nothing special but location is fairly easy and lots of food around to eat I'll stay here again

Definitely not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but nowhere near the best. Before I even walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the unmistakable aroma of cannabis. I'm not sure who was partaking, staff or guest, but it lingered in the atrium for most of my week-long stay. Very unorthodox way to start the week. The room was okay, nothing too fancy, but it had some issues. First, the window leaked. We had a roaring good storm one night, and there was water coming in at a decent pace (not just a few drops) throughout the event. You could see from the privacy blind that there had been water damage before.Second, the mattress was supposed to be foam, but it was far too firm and did not conform to me. I did not sleep well the entire week, and i typically woke up at least once before my alarm to adjust. The pillows were of little comfort and were equally uncomfortable.Third, the bathroom design was a bit cramped. What was weird was you had to basically go into the shower stall to turn it on, which meant you always got at least a little blast of cold water whether you wanted it or not. Not conducive to a good start to any day.Fourth, when I checked in, I found the clerk sitting at the business center computer, not his own terminal at the check-in desk. Okay, unprofesh... but, whatever. Except I found him there every day he worked when I came back in the afternoon. Dude, what is so special about the PC that's supposed to be for the guests that you don't have on your own workstation?Fifth, speaking of the clerk, I had asked to have the room charges to remain on the card I used to book it, which is a company card that I do not physically carry around with me. Incidentals only were to go on my card. What happened when I checked out? Everything went on my card. I had a sneaking suspicion that was going to happen. (Was the aforementioned clerk the source of the aforementioned pot cloud?)Overall, it just wasn't a comfortable or pleasant experience. I've traveled a bit, and I do not expect the Ritz everywhere I go, but I do expect a solid effort at least. This fell far from it. I would not recommend this hotel when there are several others in close proximity (one right next door) whom I would suggest you try first.

Not safe for children to lay there head. Cleaning crew doesn't clean anything. Constant plumbing issues and no problem will be resolved there.

If I could do zero stars I would! This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Dirty, old and unsafe! Yes UNSAFE! My first room flooded when it rained and the water poured in from the window into the wall AC unit. Fire waiting to happen! The room smelled so bad- very musty. Now I know why. I'm sure it leaked every time it rained. The phone didn't work and the bathroom door was broken. I should have moved hotels, but I repacked and move rooms. By this time it's 11:30pm and I had been traveling since 5:30am! I just wanted to sleep. Now I'm in a "new" room and I can't get the water in the tub/shower to turn completely off. I young man came up and turned the faucets on and off, which I did for 30 minutes before I called. Now he says, maintenance will fix it in the morning . So I get to listen to it drip all night.NEVER stay here!! I think it needs to be shut down. So unsafe!!

Nice staff but this place was a horror show. Ants in the bathroom, dirty floors, and awful dirty smelly sheets on the bed. The lobby was the only thing that was comfortable.
