My backyard only has one drain and it took forever to have someone put in a drain and they only put one drain in.

This is what my front yard and back yard looks like. Make sure your drainage systems work well before you move in.

Foster Signature Homes builds nice homes and the warranty depart is always responsive, HOWEVER if you are thinking about taking them up on their room conversation don't. I signed a contract at the end of March 2017 and I was told that they would start the construction in 60 days, It has been over 90 day and there has been little to no communication, only one text that the should be contacting me with a start day soon. That was over a month ago. They are good on the big deal, but forget about the small stuff and totally don't care about customer service or good communication.
