Fortune Chinese Restaurant

Found roach in soup and was charged for entree. Unfortunately, this little place is not the classy quaint establishment as promoted in its description here. Empty restaurant with multiple dirty tables. Crumbs were all around on the floor. When we received our two soups, we switched to as we normally do to try each other's food... and there she was... floating in the middle of the hot and sour soup... There's more to the lack of cleanliness and care of this establishment, but since the roach made its appearance, I find it only necessary to address this biggest red flag. This is a major health concern and since we literally only took one sip of soup. I feel we shouldn't have been charged. Nothing else was touched. Not even the water.

Cute place! Nice people! The food was all good. I'm glad we stopped in on a recommendation. I probably would have never known it was there!

I've never before had Americanized Chinese food this poorly made. General Tso's was awful, like nothing I've ever seen or tasted before. It was cooked until rock hard, chicken tasted old, as if it had been prepped earlier in the week and reheated. The sauce was unappetizing to look at and barely edible. Honestly, it didn't even look nor taste like chicken anymore. We could not finish it.Egg rolls were better..Hot and sour soup smells off but tastes okay. Dining room was empty besides us and the owner's family eating in the back. It felt sad, like time had passed this place by. I told the host up front how bad our meal was, he just apologized. Nothing else was offered, nothing comped.We went home with an extra gift when mine and hubby's stomachs turned south. How can they cook food this bad and still make it?

The place was a nice family owned restaurant. The young daughter who served us was amazing. I recommend the beef lo mein.

Ordered it to go and then got home smelled great in my car opened up the plates and the food was littered with roaches. All in the general Tso and egg drop soup. Rushed it out of my house and threw it in dumpster.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken, ma pa tofu and a few other things. Ma Pa Tofu was the worst slimy tofu and the sweet and sour chicken had old stringy chicken with greasy doughy breading. Very expensive for what you get.

Food is good delivered or sitting down t restaurant. Service is always prompt and keeps drinks full.

We ordered delivery and the food was awful. I feel sick to my stomach after eating a few bites. I can't eat any more. The fried rice had large chunks of white rice in it that looked old. The General Tao's Chicken looked like it had been sitting out, then reheated. It didn't look anything like what you'd normally get at a restaurant. The moo goo gai pan tasted old and soggy. The egg drop soup tasted like water; like they were running low and added hot water to make it last longer. The Lo Mein noodles were just OK. Chunks of beef in the Lo Mein were chewy and flavorless. None of the items we ordered tasted fresh. I hope we don't get food poisoning. We will never order from here again.

Tried this place out because it was the only Chinese place open after 8 pm near me. I must say the food isn't that great. I ordered orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken. It tasted as though it was made earlier and left out, not fresh at all. I won't be spending my money here again.
