Flutters Lash & Spa

Just landed to the area over Memorial Day weekend. I've been getting lashes for over 10 years, so making a leap of faith jump to just any place, is always scary. I did a lot of homework and research... and landed on Flutters. The outside and inside are adorable. The location, albeit, off the main turnpike, it's quietly hidden, which is nice. The sitting area is total cuteness! The front desk glad were not overly kind, just kind of "check the box". I was serviced by Baille. She was wonderful. Caring. Kind. Studied my previous fill and did a thorough job. Her room is beautiful and she makes you feel comfy. She is quite skilled. The prices are on the high side... again, been getting lashes done for years and have typically paid $55 (every 14 days) for a fill, and of recent, $65... this place charged $100 for a volume fill. Yikes! I'll see how they last for the traditional two week run. Again, the technician was great, but anything over $75 for a fill (and then a tip), is a bit much.

Traveling through the state in dire need of a volume lash refill. Luckily, Heidi had a last minute appointment open. She was able to work around the lashes I had put on by another business (she didn't have to take all of the old lashes off).My eyelashes have never looked better!If I lived in the area, I would definitely have Heidi do my lashes everytime.

The lady who waxed my eyebrows ripped off my skin. Management was not willing to do anything to make it right. I'm disappointed.

My daughter's experiences at Flutters have been far from excellent. At one of her visits, the esthetician removed far more eyebrows than expected. On another visit, the esthetician we made an appointment with didn't show up. We never received any communication that she wasn't going to be there. So unfortunately, another esthetician worked on my daughter's eyebrows and she ended up removing skin between her eyebrows instead. I do not recommend Flutters for eyebrow waxing.

I went to see Britnie today fo ra lash lift and tint. I had never had one before and let me tell you, the experience was amazing. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional and informative. She let me know what she was going to do before she started and the process was so relaxing. I love the final result and think I'll be adding this into my regular self-care. Do yourself a favor and visit Britnie!

The front desk was a huge help and I have zero complaints. The young lady went above and beyond to make sure my gift card dilima was taken care of. Also, I would like to point out the young lady who took care of me with lash extensions and brow wax was very kind and patient. and under the time limit there was because they fit me into a Saturday schedule she did try to keep on track her schedule was swept uI thinkķi y

Some Greta last techs! My lashes were great, but I left with a little redness in my eye and two days later it looks like this... I'm planning on going to the doctor this weekend.. I am going on a trip this weekend and wish my eye did not look like this.

Great lash boutique in OKC! Ballie did the BEST job on my lashes!!! So sad I am moving and won't be able to get my lashes done here anymore :/ Flutters has a cute setup and girls who know what they are doing! If you need lashes this is the place to go!

MariCarmen is my lash gal and she never disappoints. She really knows her craft and I always leave her chair feeling like a whole new person. I get compliments about my lashes all the time!

I used to get a lash lifts from Maggie and my lashes came out great every time! I recently used a new girl since Maggie left. My lashes looked great right after the treatment but shortly after I got home I realized that my lashes are too curled back and some even look bent on the ends. I will not be coming back. I wish I knew where Maggie went :(
