I placed my order thru Teleflora's website for Mother's Day and the flowers were never delivered (and no attempt at re-delivery). Since I ordered through Teleflora I had to go through their customer service which is HORRIBLE. It's quite the scam they have going on there...Flowerama doesn't deliver the flowers and then Teleflora's customer service is so horrendous they make it almost impossible to receive a refund. If you aren't completely hell bent on getting a full refund, they won't give it to you and if you don't have a good 2 hours to deal with the run-around they give you, you won't receive a refund either.

Kenny and Connie have the biggest hearts. They are creative. I have gotten flowers here several times and they last a very long time. He is truly the best. They design and deliver to specifications. I always buy flowers here !!

If I could give a -10 that's what I would give to this horrible flower shop that's all I have to say on this place they are horrible horrible horrible horrible the customer service is horrible their flower arrangement is horrible the store stinks and the flowers that I got look like they were dying they don't even look fresh but that's why go to Morrison floral Company but I made the mistake of going to somebody different you know when you've been using the same people for so long you need to just stick with those people I'll be using Morrison floor company for the rest of my life and I'll never go anywhere else for flowers Because when you try somebody new out they disappoint you and Flowerama is a horrible horrible horrible flower company. But that's OK because I got that flower arrangement for free I got a full refund from the company so I really can't complain about a free flower arrangement even though they do suck How do you deliver the wrong bouquet that's what they did they delivered the wrong bouquet of flowers to my wife for her birthday and I had to go to my wife's job get the flowers take them back to Flowerama and get the right bouquet and what do you know they had the right bouquet made and ready for me when I got there but it looks half assed made and as you can see in the pictures the flowers are wilting and not fresh at all I will never again use Flowerama unless I need wilting dead flowers and then they are the perfect place to go Oh and if you want to be disrespected to because they were highly disrespectful and unprofessional in dealing with this situation

Received sympathy flowers from several florists. Although the flowers were fresh enough, the arrangement was quite clunky, painfully low on water, and the least artistic of any of florists.If a rather slapdash arrangement is needed, go for it.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST floral shop I have ever had an encounter with. I placed a Mother's Day order of Calla Lillies through Teleflora two weeks prior to Mother's Day. My order was scheduled to be delivered the day after Mother's Day. It never arrived. I contacted Teleflora regarding the non-delivery. The shop promised it would be delivered the next day. Day two rolls around.... No delivery. I call Teleflora once again and they cannot get in touch with the florist, so Teleflora files Complaint #1. Day three of no delivery... Teleflora contacts the florist again. This florist states it's out for delivery and will be there by 7pm. 9pm comes, still no calla lilies. DAY. FOUR. My mom finally gets a floral arrangement full of CARNATIONS! I call Teleflora ONCE AGAIN. They issue me a full refund and file Complaint #2. But wait.... That's not all.... The florist then proceeds to CALL MY MOTHER to explain how it's not acceptable to get a complaint filed against her. After hearing about this conversation from my mom, I called the florist myself to explain how they missed the mark on literally every business checkpoint to ensure you have a happy customer. The florist then LIES to me (after previously stating she spoke to my mom) that she has no clue who called my mom but that I can't hold everything that happened against her because she was swamped with business. When I told her at that point she needed to send it back to Teleflora to have another florist cover it or to let me (HER CUSTOMER) know so we could hopefully get this resolved, she chose to less than HALF A** the job and deliver it four days late with the cheapest flower you can buy but have the audacity to contact my recipient to explain there's no reason for her to be upset....... DO NOT EVER USE THIS FLORIST AND PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE BY TELLING TELEFLORA TO NOT SEND YOUR ORDER TO THEM. THEY ARE COMPLETE TRASH.

I wish I couldn't even give them a star. Here are my list of things that happened:1. Boyfriend ordered the day before, paid extra to have it delivered on Valentine's Day, and it did not arrive.2. Finally came on Friday (TWO DAYS LATER). How did I know about this? Because a guy called me saying flowers were AT HIS DOORSTEP. 3. Therefore, they delivered to wrong address. 4. They also dropped off the flowers on the doorstep.5. I didn't get my Valentine's Day flowers until today, just about a week later.Insane. Never order from these people. They didn't refund my boyfriend either. I plan on calling to get the money back because it's just ridiculous.

Terrible Service---Do not recommend at all. From a missed deliver to wanting to deliver at 9:00 at night to being promised an upgrade to having NO upgrade. It was a circus. If you want problems, this is your company. Call a LOCAL florist. DO NOT go through one of this Mickey Mouse operations.

I ordered flowers online from the website www.fromyouflowers.com.They pick the flower shop and I wasn't able to choose. They picked this place. I ordered $300 in flowers for a memorial service. They were meant to be the main centerpiece to wrap around the urn and a large standing spray to go next to it. I ordered 3 days in advance. When I arrived at my mother's funeral service, the flowers weren't there. Instead of greeting guests and preparing, I was stuck hassling with customer service. They told me they couldn't locate the flowers but would give me a 20% discount?!?! I told them that was UNACCEPTABLE. The flowers were NOT there and we had already delayed the service by 15 minutes to try to figure out what happened. They finally agreed to a full refund. THREE hours after the service was over, we got a call from the funeral home letting us know the flowers had just been delivered. They told us they questioned them and the person said "sorry, I just deliver. I don't know." The card that came with the flowers even had the time of the service written on it. The funeral home was just as astounded as we were. The flowers were pretty and very good quality, but that doesn't matter when they're delivered 3 hours after the service. Not to mention, the standing spray didnt even come with a stand.Another family member who lives in Idaho ordered from Trochta's Flowers and their flowers arrived on time. It's a good thing Bc they were the only flowers we had at my mother's service. So disappointed. Beyond words.I'm really not trying to drag this place. Like I said, the flowers are beautiful, but I dont want this to happen to anyone else. It really disappointed us and put extra strain & anxiety on an already sad day. Please don't put faith in the delivery.
