I received get well flowers from Floral and Hardy 10 days ago. They only had the slightest whithering this morning. In my experience, that's a long time for cut flowers to last. I highly recommend. The photo is from the day they were delivered--excuse the photography, it's my dominate wrist I broke.

So it's 516. I walked in here at 5:05. I was bargaining with a sales lady. I recently just got robbed down the road. My tattoo shop on 39th St. which used to be business of the year for 2019 from the Better Business Bureau, it was robbed by five armed people. I was at the same time beaten to death and thrown into the hospital for a long period of time. I was in ICU with 6 broken bones, missing teeth, a TBI and no idea how I got there as the brain damage was so severe. I barely survived! After spending the entire month of December on bed rest and the hospital, I was reunited with my fiancé. Actually at the time that I walked into this florist I had not been reunited yet. The idea was to get some flowers and build something nice for her because we are planning on meeting each other here at this location. Anyhow, I asked sales lady who was nice for a deal. I told her the story about me having the unfortunate breaking and very well actually robbery. I was trying to give the impression that I was not a beggar. I didn't want to treated as a begger and I didn't wanna be treated as a homeless, as I figured would happen after I was made fun of for the "toothless man who thinks he knows everything."Unfortunately that's not what happens here. As soon as the owner found out that I was in the shop he quickly decided to tell me to get out of the shop because it was closed. They do not close until 530. He got the idea that I was somebody else, because I was asking for a deal. I was willing to spend up to $100 with them. I don't have much money because I lost all of my honey and the robbery. But the owner thought I was a beggar or a homeless now decided to run me off. He was very impatient, rude, and his tone of voice was hardly professional. The way that he created a circle around me suggested that he has hard feelings for people who have I don't know I guess you can say hard luck those who have homeless situation those two have recently been robbed and hospitalized. It's possible that he thought that I was there for alternative business purposes. But it is definitely not closing time so now you have an idea of the type of professional experience that you can receive visiting the shop. They are extremely unprofessional. And even as I leave this review I continue to be miss treated by the owner of the cell. He can hear me voice text in my phone as I'm about to leave this review and the cameras on my truck or picking it up crystal clear. He just scarfed and now I'm sure on the top of his mind he thinks of weapons just like the ones used on my face last month before I was hospitalized. You guys are I am I am business of the year for 2019 by the Better Business Bureau. I have been on five national publicize TV channels and programs. I am about to go on Ink Master, ex on the beach, and Who's Who in America that follows channel 9 news tonight and of course, good morning America next week. Thank you for following and please take note of the photographs posted as these are not be taken lightly. As I will be seeing these people in court. Even as I just said that, the owner is on the phone calling the police. This is the type of behavior Blanca experience going to Floral and Hardy downtown Oklahoma City.

My hubby sent me the most beautiful anniversary bouquet of roses. Still after several days these are just as beautiful. I can't remember having flowers last this long.

This place is amazing. I completely forgot my besties birthday (for the first time in 10 years.) I made an order online (which was very user friendly and easy to navigate.) I picked a picture of a bouquet and added balloons. Not only did the order show up with the same flowers in the picture (which isn't always the case for out-of-state floral shops) but they added a 2021 calendar and delivered my order within 2 HOURS!!!! I will be ordering from them from now on. Incredible service.

I ordered a zen-type tray of succulents and rocks, and what was delivered was a rustic wooden box with succulents and moss. While I understand substitutions may have to occur, the end product was nowhere near what I expected. The owner offered to pick up the delivery and re-work it, but I can't do that with a gift someone has already received. Other suggestions were a partial credit or future credit, which I do not want. I was embarrassed that this item was delivered to an executive.

Rating this based on my wife's purchase of a dozen roses for a regional meeting she was attending in OKC (I tagged along for the trip). The flowers were beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

I ordered a spray for a funeral and it was beautiful! So full of flowers and colorful. The funeral home has it placed next to the photo of the deceased loved one.Exceeded expectations!

Ordered flowers at the last minute and was blown away with the arrangement that was sent. They went above and beyond to prepare exactly what I wanted and went out of their way to make it awesome. Will definitely use them from now on.
