Great staff and service ! Flowers were great and held up well. Even though it was close to Christmas the staff still filled the order and did same day delivery.

Rated one star! Do not like being Ripped Off!The wife and I were so upset with arrangement that was delivered this morning for our brother in law's viewing. Only had 2 large white roses and 1 small hidden one. We were to receive the premium arrangement that has 7-8 large white roses as shown in the picture but didn't. There was some of the arrangement that was wilted. The arrangement was small for what we hat to pay. Looked like a beginner put it together. First time we used your service and you not only embarrassed us but let us down. We should have used Trochta's Flowers locally. Leave it to the professionals. We need to be reimbursed.

My son had his first prom and wanted a special corsage for his girlfriend. Misti worked with me on what he wanted, she was extremely friendly, professional, and worked with me on ideas. Even let me bring in extra items to add to the corsage. The corsage was beautiful and gave the right amount of "Pop" for her dress. Thank you Misti for really being easy to work with and making the whole experience pleasant. I will be coming back next year for his next one. I will also continue to come back for future purchases. Thanks again.

My sister, who lives out of state, ordered fresh flowers and a box of chocolates to be delivered to me on my birthday last week. Unfortunately, when I arrived home after 5:00 pm from work, I found the vase of fresh flowers and chocolates on my door step with the chocolates running out of the box onto the step and flowers wilting and beginning to brown on the edges. They had been left for over four hours in full sun in 90 degree plus heat. When I called the florist to ask why no one had called my number on the delivery ticket, I was told that they have so many orders they don't have time to call and that their custom is to ring the doorbell and leave the flowers on the step. Their best remedy was that I was welcomed to come by their shop to pick up another box of chocolates. They're in Bethany...I'm across town in Moore, Oklahoma. The melted chocolates weren't the point, it was the careless delivery...leaving the flowers and chocolates on the door step in full sun for an undetermined amount of time and not making sure someone was at home to accept delivery. A simple phone call would have been easy to place and made a happy customer.

I live out of state and was looking for a florist who would make a non traditional bouquet. Looked at websites and reviews and called Floral 23. The woman was really nice and when I explained what I wanted she told me what kind of flowers she could use and asked me questions on how I wanted it to look. Perfect. Same day delivery and off the phone in just a few minutes. Feel great about using them!
