This review is long but if you are even considering bringing your business to The Floor Gallery you will want to read every word. I ordered flooring from Lumber Liquidators which was then sub-contracted out to The Floor Gallery (aka A & A Flooring- the same company but does the installing of their sales). I cannot stress enough how AWFUL my experience with them was. It was truly a nightmare. Please, please, please save yourself the heartache and take your business somewhere else. I am in the military and inform everyone I work with to beware of this company, as they have absolutely zero integrity or work ethic.I had my flooring installed 3 separate times because they hired a 3rd independent contractor (Lumber Liquidators ----The Floor Gallery --- Independent contractor/crew) who was not sufficiently trained and destroyed the floors that were originally ordered. The first time they installed the flooring, within hours the flooring was popping up everywhere! Each and every single plank was raised and separated from the foundation and the installed quarter-round and shoe moulding was not even secured. Two days later, they sent the same crew (who clearly was not trained on installing this type of flooring) out to "fix" the floors. The solution they chose involved only a hammer and a blow torch. They merely burned and hammered down each and every plank --which ruined the entire floor with burn marks and indentions. As a result they had to re-order the flooring. I should mention that the crew that was in my home was not professional at all. They were clearly angry that they had been called back out to fix the shoddy job and made comments saying my floors were cheap and commented on pictures hanging on the walls. They asked inappropriate personal questions about my personal life and completely insulted me. When I reported this to the owner he further insulted me insinuating that I was racist. Being that half of my family is hispanic and bi-racial I can think of no greater insult. After waiting over a month for the re-ordered flooring to come in, the owner wanted to send the SAME crew a 3rd time back out, stating "I owed them the opportunity to fix it". Frankly, no sane person would allow a crew that was insulting, unprofessional, and clearly lacking the needed skills back in their home again. The very idea that I "owed" it to them is comical. I had to argue multiple times with the owner and insist a new crew return to install the floors a 3rd time. Following the third install, the owner returned for the inspection and observed several things like damage to the door threshold stating he would have someone return later to repair them. By that time I just wanted nothing to do with this company and signed off that the job was complete. It was not surprising that I never heard form the owner to make those repairs. If you are thinking of using The Floor Gallery for your new flooring please take these words of caution seriously. I saved for years to have these floors installed and this experience was scarring.

I loved my experience with floor gallery from beginning to end. Ashley was so helpful and GOOD, she knows this business and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. I got new tile fillies in my living room, study, 2 hallways and my kitchen backsplash all for such a reasonable price and they look stunning. Such good, quality work and I could not be happier.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEIR WORK QUALITY IS BAD AND THEY CONTINUALLY DAMAGE EXISTING PROPERTY. This flooring company has been a disaster for my home. Have been trying to work with this team for 6 months now. The sent me a crew for the first install who were under the influence, noted by smell of alcohol and an accidentally spilled bag of 9 prescription medication bottles (belonging to the crew leader). As I became nervous, asked the crew to wait outside, I phoned The Floor Gallery and asked the crew to be removed. After an hour of this same crew smoking cigarettes and dropping them on my driveway, they departed. I honestly feared for my safety! These guys were super sketchy and left 10 or more cigarette butts on my driveway. UNPROFESSIONAL! Upon speaking with Ashley, internal salesperson about this experience, she explained that this crew leader is their 'problem child' and he has challenges with his mental health and overall health. Why send someone like that to my home and put my home and personal safety at risk???? We try to move past and overlook things to this point and we proceeded to finish business together. Again...moving forward, multiple issues continue to arise. They sent us a staff person who was intended to measure a floor, which had been measured twice already, incorrectly. They send the same guy back for the 3rd time. When he returned, he was in such a state, my crew and I were convinced he too was under the influence of speed or some kind of drug...shaky and sweaty and very impatient. He stood up in my face (I am a woman btw) and was forceful enough in his tone and language that my onsite crew of 3 men, stepped in and asked him to leave the premises. Floor Gallery Owner, Monty explained that this man he sent does in fact have a temper and a history of misbehaving with customers. Why send him back???? Amazing, putting my safety and my crew safety at risk!! Next step, the owner steps back in to try and make everything better... AGAIN! He sets up another worker named Beto, who is Non-English speaking, which is fine as long as Betos leader is onsite to direct him which did not happen. Owner, Monty left the worker with myself and my foreman and did not return. Beto worked for 14 hours, on 3 small areas which kept my foreman on the clock for all those hours to oversee him. He didn't take direction and said he didn't understand. The work we were left with from Beto was an absolute disgrace. Embarrassing for any business owner, I would presume. I requested the Owner Monty come back out to inspect the work of Beto. Monty, Owner agrees that issues exist and claims he will repair those issues. As weeks go by, we attempt to gather The Floor Gallery up and set time get our corrections completed and encounter even further issues with another internal sales person, Ashley who stated that her blood pressure was up on this particular day so she couldn't be of help to us. As much as we forgave with this company and even continued to try working with them, the owner proved to be the responsible party for such poor operational function. Low level workers who damaged my 4 finished and painted baseboards, applied carpet to stairs crooked with lines not matching up which has to be uninstalled and reinstalled, didn't glue transitions down and left pieces like loose teeth. I could list other affected areas of the home but you get the point ----and they are now refusing to pay for their mistakes. Carpet paid for has been ruined and not replaced and they currently are withholding over $2000 in carpet owed to me. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! the sad part is, even knowing and admitting to these mistakes, their operation is geared to blame YOU, the customer . Who does that?? Terrible experience!!!! My foreman and other crew members were witness to this experience and will post photos of the damages. BEWARE !!!

Our experience with Floor Gallery was truly outstanding. Angie worked with us in selecting tile for floors, bath, and kitchen as well as countertops and backsplashes. She helped us select carpet and paint (even though she wasn't providing those items). Floor Gallery has a wide selection of quality products and best of all they have their own staff of installers. Their service was the best. We highly recommend them to anyone whether building a new house or just updating a single room.

Want an honest carpet store that won't try to screw you? Keep looking this isn't the place. The first time in the store I asked the salesperson two things: cost of pad and cost of installation. She had probably answered this hundreds of times - 50 cents per square foot for each. I went in later and looked at some carpet and talked some about other requirements and looked at some carpet. When I came back with my wife I said we need to pick some carpet and get pricing. She got her work sheet and I asked what installation cost. Quick reply, $1.00 per sq. ft. "I thought you said it was 50 cents." She turned to a woman standing nearby, who overheard the conversation, and asked, "How much is installation?" As if she didn't know. Big Red Flag #1.I needed one section of carpet removed and seamed with matching carpet I had and wanted to know what that would cost. She asked another woman working at a computer in the office what it would cost. "$125.00." This is for a section 16x2 ft. Then she said, "Better make that $200." BIG Red Flag #2. Now, since I needed some padding replaced, a total of 70 sq. ft. I asked the price for that. The woman in the office said, better send a whole roll. There won't be enough left over to use." A whole roll is $135 so at 50 cents per sq. ft. that means it's 270 sq. ft. So they were going to sell me 200 sq. ft. more than I needed. BIG RED Flag #3. "Will they need to move any furniture?" I said we would have everything out except two love seats. Moving furniture charge would be $100. What! $100 for moving two love seats 15 feet. That's $10 per minute for moving furniture out and back in. BIG RED FLAG #4.They probably get away with this sometimes and get the sale so they think it works. They have no idea how many sales they lose that they would get if they were honest. Shoppers just go somewhere else and they don't know why.

I had a beautiful home built a little over two years ago and the wood floor has never been right. I have called and spoke with both my builder and the owner (Adam) of Floor Gallery for this entire period, (over two years) and am still having to iniate any phone calls to have my floor fixed. My floor sounds like it is in a hundred year old house, it creeks and pops in two different rooms. I love my new home, but to just walk around it and be frustrated ...well it sucks.

Our builder uses the floor gallery for all of his homes. My experience with this company was beyond excellent. I spent half a day (short on time due to building a house 5 hrs away) with their decorator. She not only helped me to select excellent flooring choices, she also assisted with all other selections not sold by this company. HUGE asset when you want a beautiful and cohesive flow to your home in color and design. I would HIGHLY recommend them, and without a doubt, use them in the future for any/all services they provide. Our floors look amazing! Thank you, Floor Gallery, and Angie!
