For a casino bar, it seems strange to me they only take cash. However a $2 beer is always a delight, even if it's in a plastic cup.

Went for the Halloween contest and to play some games with friends for a fun night out. We were so disappointed in the organization. Yes, they had a contest with great prizes. However, we could have went to a lot of other places had we known the poor state of this contest. Noone could tell us how it worked, judging, etc. We were told to just walk around and someone would tell us when to go to the stage. It ended up some people were handing slips to people to go on stage. Most were store bought. There were people there with AMAZING and handmade costumes that didnt even get on stage for "judging". It was seriously disappointing. To top it off, the ice cream machine was down! BOOOO!!

It's smokey and it's dim, but there's free soft drinks, free ice cream, and plenty of slots. There are also a limited number of poker tables. There's a non-smoking area, but it's ineffective. The staff is competent, though not overly friendly. The buffet is small and can be good or bad, depending on your luck. There's a bar with TV's where you can watch sports and play video poker. There's a bingo hall connected to the casino. Become a rewards member and you get match play for joining, and there are several other match play deals that vary based on the day of the week.So it's not the nicest place in the world, but you're not coming for the atmosphere. You're coming to gamble, and you can certainly do that.

Good friendly staff........both as to security, cashier's and pit crews. Enjoyed Fireworks outside this past 3rd of July. Nice touch doing it night before. Casino located in complex with tribal grocery store, C-store, gas station and bowling alley. Has wide assortment of games.....though environment is a little dark for my taste. High Limit slot room is TINY to be quite honest. Not that many table games and while the rules are good, they tend to have ante on BJ which is a travesty in my mind. Couple different types of restaurants to eat at, along with a quasi-sports bar or lounge. While bartenders friendly, they don't carry a true wide range of liquors AND they don't take credit cards at bar. (Really? In this day and time? Weird!)Owned or operated by same tribe as Grand Casino on I-40 but not nearly as opulent or plush BUT the people who work there seem to be in a little better spirits and seem quite helpful, compared to their "flagship".

They didn't have casino t-shirts to sell and I asked if I could buy a collar shirt that the employees were wearing, but a Manager wouldn't sell me one. I liked the shirt very much because it was lime green and it was the color of my birthstone.Anyway, thank you for the $10.00 bingo coupon

My husband and I decided to try the Bistro inside the Casino this past Friday night, they had a Fish and Shrimp Buffet. We at first thought it was pricey $16.99 each, but, after going thru the buffett, NOT!! The fish, shrimp and crab legs were absolutely awesome, the potato salad and slaw were excellent, then you have deserts, a salad bar, beans and cornbread .... and more.... for the price it was absolutely wonderful! delicious! and we will definately be going back again!! Well worth the money!

Attended an event at the bowling center here during the El Reno tornado, and I have to give the staff kudos for the calm, organized, and controlled way they moved locals and visitors into the tornado shelter, kept us calm and relaxed, and communicated information, both during and after the storm.

The security at this Casino are rude!! And when you file a complaint the rest of the management are just as rude!! I went in 3 times with my only winter jacket on, since I live in Arizona and visit Shawnee at least once a year, ran into several security guards on the first 2 visits and not one said anything to me. On my 3rd visit a security guard stopped me and said I couldn't have my jacket on because it has patches on it, then changed it to because it has a badge on it (which is sewn on), then wanted me to wear it inside out and when I took it off and draped it across my arm then he decides I can't have it in there at all. My grand daughter and I get escorted out like criminals!! Mind you it is all of 30 degrees outside!! When I filed a complaint today I was treated worse by the head of security. I will not visit them again...........they are not the only casino in Oklahoma!!

This place is a big rip off. 4.00 max bet 15 free spins and it paid out 4.00 what kind of bonus is that. Then spent 100.00 on a game and not one bonus or a red screen. All I heard around me was how this place needs to be shut down. These casinos are getting worse. The gaming board needs to start cracking down on them. Over all spent 400.00 and never went up one time

I just recently retired and moved to Oklahoma. I'm a real bingo player looking for a "Bingo Home" and this was my experience at Firelake Bingo. The message on you website says Firelake offers excellent customer service so we tried it, but we received horrible customer service. We were 4 New players attending bingo at Firelake Casino/Bingo. We purchased our machine and paper at the window but we were never told by the person at the window named Phillip that we had to "Sign our Receipt" or we would not get paid if we won. How would we know, if he didn't bother to tell us? As luck would have it, my machine went off and I was informed that I could not get paid because I should have signed my receipt before I hollered bingo. This was a $400 game. Needless to say, I felt terrible and the game continued. I did not get paid. I went back to the window to inform Phillip and ask that he remember to tell customers to "Sign their receipt" or they can't win and explained what had just happened to me and he told me that "It is not my responsibility". That was incredible to me!!!! Again, I asked, how would we know if he didn't bother to tell us? I said to Phillip, I lost $400 but you lost 4 new weekly players. He said, "Oh Well, Too Bad." Horrible attitude and horrible customer service!!!!
