Bowled my first time there last weekend for the state women's tournament. Nicely kept. Clean lanes, attentive staff. If you open bowl, there is plenty of selection of house balls. 24 lanes if I remember right. You walk right onto the lane; there's not a "step" like at some bowling alleys.4 stars only because of the fact that both days of the tournament (one of which was a Saturday), their pro shop was not open, and I needed a few supplies (or to see if they had them) that were not in the vending machine.

We loved this bowling alley! We were in from out of town and came in for a break from the heat. Their website said they open at 10, but when we showed up at 10, we were told they would be opening at noon. When the sweet lady at the front desk saw our disappointment, she immediately said "but we can go ahead and let you come in and bowl - no problem". So, we had the place to ourselves! The building is clean and well taken care of. Staff is gracious and helpful. Food menu looked delicious, although we opted to eat elsewhere later. Thank you for showing these Texans a fun, clean time!

Used to love this place but now there are no adults on site! Chaos with no bowler etiquette at all. The "kids" allow the bowlers to bowl barefoot and retrieve their own balls that are stuck in the gutter when the bowler rolls with the bar down. Not sure where all the supervision went. On the plus side, the lanes are in good shape and pretty cheap games on Sunday

Sunday 9-19-2021My family wanted to go bowling to finish out our weekend, so I called to make sure the bowling alley was open (because COVID). I called once - infinite ringing - no answer. Gave it 5-10 minutes then called a second time - infinite ringing - no answer. Finish getting the kids together and start making our way over that direction. Decided to call a third time - infinite ringing - no answer. We arrive at the bowling alley where they are obviously open, enter the building, see a majority of open lanes, and approach the front counter (with no less than 5 people behind it) where we are told that they are having league games so we could not bowl but were welcome to use the arcade (no thanks). I politely stated that I had tried to call multiple times with no answer. The young lady then stated "we turn our ringers off so that it's more professional". I was shocked by that statement. I was unaware that NOT answering your business phone was now "more professional".

My family and I was enjoying some bowling and music, when all of the sudden the music choice changed. Mind you I was out for the evening with the family that included my 11 year old daughter. The music started talking about eating P#%#y, and other explicit things. I asked security for the music to be changed but the people behind the counter where outside smoking, so while the security watched my older daughter went behind the counter to change the song. We continued are game and again the music began saying F this and F that. I asked the person behind the desk, if this was no longer a kid friendly environment, his response was "not really". I requested to speak to a manager when I was informed they had left for the night. I will be following up with the managers ASAP. Beware for any families with young children, looking to have a family night. 8-3-2019 Update: I have spoke with the manager, and she has assured me that the gentleman handling the music that night will be dealt with accordingly. She has also offered a few free games to make up for the time spent worrying about the music and not having fun with the family.
