Fantastic family owned community butcher with a wide variety of products. The home made boule loaves of bread are incredible, just incredible. Super friendly and informative staff. Solid 5 stars and worth a visit.

A great little meat/butcher shop on north council rd. A quality selection of beef, pork, & chicken cuts are available. In house made sausage of every variety. We picked up two different styles of smoked sausage. There is a wide range of pickled delights, and condiments in the front of the store. We added some bread & butter pickles, and blackberry jam to our order. Locally sourced meats and eggs. What a refreshing change from big chain grocerie stores.

Have you ever been to a great steakhouse and wondered, "where did they get this cut of meat?" Well it might've been Firebirds meat market!I have found my new home as a carnivore! Elite level steaks at very reasonable prices and customer service that makes you feel like You're the most important person to ever come through the front door. The cowboy is huge and incredibly tasty. The boneless ribeye is like its little brother, but equally delicious! Check this place out as soon as you can if you're a meathead!I know a lot of people are into Oklahoma beef only. Here's my take... I want the best steak. If it came from Oklahoma fantastic, but if it came from Jupiter that's fine too. Most local meat comes frozen, and I can tell this is a place that doesn't sell anything frozen!

Firebirds Meat Market is family at owned. They serve prime beef and Duroc pork- just a few of my favorites to mention. I bought 4 prime strip steaks and grilled them medium rare - absolutely mouthwatering delicious, so tender I used a butter knife to cut my steak. Great variety of beef, Duroc pork, chicken and more. This meat market has a variety of homemade sides, homemade marinades. Excellent customer service & they have recipes for any meat you want to purchase.For quality meat and service, stop by Firebirds, you won't be disappointed.

EVERY SINGLE pre made dish I have tried at the new location on N penn and nw 178th has been absolutely phenomenal. Beef/chicken enchilada casserole, ham and cheese pasta, pot roast, pot pie, brisket stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, and don't even get me started on the jalapeño bacon. Will be back every week. Often times pre made half pan dishes will be lacking something but I'm not exaggerating everything has been amazing, perfectly seasoned and my girlfriends parents do catering for a living so I know where the expectation should be and it had been met every time. I will continue to give these guys business every week as it's reasonable priced, quick, and delicious every time.

Absolutely outstanding!! As a repeat customer I'm working my way through the menu. This time it was the Philly Cheese steak and it was truly awesome! The green chili cheese sauce also very good! Didn't go wrong with the baked beans either - although I'm not gonna lie added a bit of bbq sauce made it even better!My wife opted for the Chili Cheeseburger, my gosh I could have ate them both! I'm not a Mac n Cheese fan but I tasted and it was very good. My wife said one of the better varieties she's had.Lucky for me they a only a few miles up the road.

The Firebirds food truck came to our neighborhood for dinner this week, and on a whim we loaded up to try it out. While I thought things were off to a bad start--I inquired about a burger but was told they didn't have any available that evening--they quickly turned the experience around for me. They suggested trying the cubano, as it was popular that evening, so I agreed. Boy am I glad I did. This cubano was served as a panini on flat bread, and the meat was juicy, flavorful, and filling. I could only finish half my sandwich because there was so much. I chose Mac and cheese as my side. Though we were one of the last customers of the evening, the Mac was still creamy, cheesy and delicious. 10/10, will track them down next time they stop by.

I'm embarrassed to say I didn't know this place existed until recently. I live close, but never go by there. It wasn't until I was googling Firebird's Wood-Fired Grill that Firebird's Meat Market popped up. I'm so glad I found it. For a small place, they generally have a nice selection. Everything has been really good. I have not tried the steaks yet, but I stumbled on some great double-bone pork chops. Cooked them sous vide then seared them on the grill and they were OMG delicious. They have Schwab's quarter-pound hot dogs for about the same price as Nathan's or Hebrew National dinner franks. I just finished grilling some boudin and a couple jalapeño poppers, and it's making me want to go back for more. Just as important, the people working there are great. They are both friendly and helpful. Firebirds is just an outstanding place all-around.

I stopped in to check this store out as I heard rave reviews from people in my neighborhood. They were right! It is a great market with quality meats and seafood as well as pre- prepared veggies and sides. There is also a wall of frozen options (that were 50% off the day I visited!) and other runs, spices, jams, etc. I really enjoyed visiting and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I will be a regular from now on. This makes dinner a breeze! My whole family loved it and raved about the asparagus bundles!

Some of the best NY Strip steaks I've ever made! My sister got the honey mustard chicken she said it was tasty. Will definitely be back!
