This food truck is AMAZING! I was so suprised the first time I came across them. I was drunk at Bleu Garten and when I saw someone else near my table with a plate of pancit & lumpia, I literally RAN to the food truck to get some. It's just as good as any of the pancit & lumpia I had from my filipino neighbors growing up living on military bases. Let me tell you, these lumpia are pure heaven. Every time I've ever gone, they've never given me a burned or busted lumpia. Not once. Do you know how impressive that is? Cooking lumpia can be a pain and those babies need constant turning and moving, so to churn out such perfect little morsels is truly a feat of wonder.Try this place out if you ever see them! Or, order a bag of frozen lumpia to take home and cook!

I had Filipino Fusion at bleu garden and they were surprisingly yummy. I ordered the combo meal which includes pork adobo, steamed rice, veggie pancit, and 2 pork lumpia. I feel like they cheated me a little on the pancit, (I wish they would have used all rice noodles) but it was really good. I was surprised at how good the lumpia was. Usually when I get egg rolls they have all vegetables or they're tiny and overpriced but they were honestly delicious. Hot, crispy, and meaty. Filipino fusion was good but I wasn't blown away. That being said, I would definitely eat here again. Asian food to me is always comfort food and I would recommend anyone who feels the same way to try it out.

I love Filipino food! Used to it back home in Alaska. This truck has a pretty close version of what I normally would get. Big difference lumpia is rolled pretty tight and not much else is added to the filling other then meat, really good crunch. Pancit is different, heavy lemon flavor and two different noodles, usually just the rice noodle is used. Adobo meat is good, but is messing the punch of flavor I am used to.

The Veggie Pancit this truck serves up is exceptionally good, and the lumbia are consistently perfect. (Yup -- never burned, never ruptured, and always crispy.)And the PORK ADOBO?Dayum, gurrrrrl -- that's some seriously good shit right there!Prices are pretty much on par with other food trucks here that routinely frequent Bleu Garten, festivals, special events etc. (Think in the six to twelve dollar range for most dishes on the menu.)I don't see a lot of fusion here, though -- it's mostly just Filipino comfort stuff.Good stuff.Locally owned.Friendly, helpful staff ready to answer your questions. It's nice to see a Filipino food truck here, and (to be frank) the food here is generally better than the stuff served up at Chibugan. And the best part of it all? I no longer have to venture to Lawton (ick) nor (even ickier) Del City to get my Filipino food thang on.

I tried Filipino Fusion today for the first time at Open Streets on 23rd, and it exceeded my expectations. I ordered the lumpia (fried spring rolls) and the barbecue bowl. Both were excellent. The lumpia weren't too different from a usual spring roll but really hit the spot. The barbecue bowl was amazing. It really wasn't very complicated, the fried rice was pretty plain and there wasn't much sauce. But the chicken was cooked to perfection, a light glaze of sauce and the texture of the chicken was amazing. Personally, I would prefer a little more sauce options, but that's a small complaint. Will definitely be back.

This food truck is great! Came to our neighborhood to serve up some Filipino food and it was delicious. Husband got the pork adobo and I got the barbecue chicken. I thought mine was better but they were both amazing, we quickly cleaned our plates. We also got the lumpia to share...wow! So good!

This food truck promotes themselves as OKCs First Filipino Food Truck and are supposed to serve Filipino Fusion food. I lived in the Philippines for eighteen months and somewhat familiar with their cuisine, so I can tell you that I didn't see anything that was "fusion" about it. They have vegetable pancit, pork adobo, lumpia, and I think some type of pork barbeque. Their menu is very limited, but it is good. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to serve their customers, and the container kept my food warm on a cold day so I could walk back to my office. I had the Combo Platter, which had Pancit, Pork Adobo, Steamed Rice, and two Lumpia for $10. It really brought back the memories.

The truck was parked at The Patriarch last night. We had a large group so we sampled almost everything. The egg/spring rolls were crispy and stuffed with meat. The pork adobo with rice was flavorful and tender. The mussels were steaming and covered with a great sauce.I went back and ordered the pancit just for myself. It was hard to decide between the barbecue chicken bowl or the pancit with chicken, but I was in the mood for noodles so I went with pancit. It was packed with veggies and chicken and had a great, light lemony flavor. I added a little sriracha to kick it up a notch. Super yummy!I caught a glimpse of the BBQ chicken cooking up and it looked sooooo good. I'll try that next time if I get the chance.

Got to try this place at Bleu Garten. Finally some good Filipino food that reminds me of home. The closest thing I will get to my mom's cooking. Their food is truly authentic and very comparable to many Filipino food places back home (San Diego). I would like to see Sisig tacos/fries or even longanisa tacos/fries, I think locals would like that! Maybe even some Halo Halo for the hot OKC summers!Other than that, good food!!!
