This is the sister restaurant to the Fiesta Cozumel in Tulsa. The menu, the food taste and quality are the same. An average small town Mexican restaurant. The salsas were very mild. The chips were warm, slightly dark from being over toasted. My wife had the beef enchiladas with red sauce. The ground beef in the enchiladas were well seasoned. They were covered in a disappointing tomato-based sauce. The beans were good. I had the Burrito Don Pepe's Special. A large burrito stuffed with a fajita mixture of steak, onion, peppers and tomatoes. The filling was hot, but the plate was not. The green sauce was cold. It still had a chill from the refrigerator. Good queso in the middle and the tomato sauce on the opposite end. I wonder if these were canned enchilada sauces? Aside from the enchilada sauces, the big flaw was not serving either meal on a good hot plate. Mexican food is not appetizing on a cool plate. It is a comfortable restaurant with friendly attentive service.

Prices were very reasonable and the portions were huge. The chips and salsa was great with nice chunks of jalapeños if you like it spicy. Try the tortilla soup to start with a great broth to start filled with veggies and chicken. Tomato based soup but it was not too overwhelming. Had a margarita to start that was not equally proportioned and tasted off but was still not the worst I have had. Overall good small town spot for weary traveler.

The food was really good, very reasonably priced, and the service was good. We also enjoyed the chips, salsa, and cheese sauce. We will definitely stop here again!
