Fixed my Mickey Mouse watch in a day, still works great. Highly recommend these folks to do any general repairs on watches!

Very friendly people. Good quality work. I paid a little extra to be pushed to the front of the production line so it could be finished the next day for someone close to me. It was finished the same day but I didn't have time to get it until the next day. I bring the piece home and it's not the right size. Not a big deal we bring it back to get resized. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for it to be finished. I probably should have gotten it in the workshop sooner but I would have paid a more expensive rush fee to make sure it was right the first time.

Love supporting local businesses. Very friendly, fast and inexpensive. Will be back for our future jewelry needs.

This is the best Jewelry in Edmond. The people are nice and offer free watch cleaning when you ask to get a new battery or ask to get it fitted for your wrist. They are very nice and have extremely cheap prices for everything.

Fields Jewelers has always been a very reliable store to take my jewelry for any needs I might have. Today I took my very nice watch in to replace the battery because my watch was running slow. When I came back to pick it up (in 7 minutes) I was told the battery tested good but sometimes just resetting it can help. And they didn't charge me anything. She then said if this didn't help with my watch keeping time that I can bring it back in and they have someone that can look at it. Great people, great products and fantastic service!

Friendly competent staff. I was greeted immediately and assisted with a small watch repair. It was done within fifteen minutes at a reasonable price. Customer service is not dead.

They did a great job resizing a family heirloom ring. And they cleaned and polished the ring so it sparkled when I picked it up. Beautiful!
