Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a leasing company. Moved from out of state and had to do a zoom walkthrough and everything looked ok and the price was nice so I signed a lease before I ever physically set foot on the property. When I did I was immediately hit with a wave of sewer like stench (like a latrine on a hot summer day) and reached for the first window I could to open and air the place out. None, not one of the windows opened all the way. One finally did but there was another glass pane on the other side so it really didn't open at all. The paint was a mess and there were still nails in the wall. Fast forward to me moving out after I had removed all mine and the previous nails AND patching the holes over they want to charge me $300 to paint the walls and $300 to "professionally clean" plus some (including weather stripping they wanted to blame on my pet, she's a senior and doesn't destroy things, but I put in a request months ago to get it fixed) ultimately taking $800 out of my $1000 deposit. Even though they rented to me in bad faith and didn't inform me of the smell I returned the property in good faith, much better than it was, but they want to act like I'm responsible for it. I have videos of before and after and will go to court if need be.

We had numerous major maintenance issues in our year lease with fidelity. One being a slab leak issue that left our family with a newborn without water for multiple weeks and we had to physically go to fidelity's office to get it resolved. We couldn't use the restroom, we had no running water to make bottles for our newborn, and Jacob refused to handle it until we had to threaten to report to OSDH, HUD, or the housing commission of Oklahoma. We were also left without hvac for multiple weeks during the height of summer without any offers of a temporary fix even knowing we had small children in the home.. we ended up spending $450 on fans and window inits just to keep our rental livable. Upon move out, we were contacted by both Kris and Faye. Faye was advised the weekend we moved that all our family would require was the weekend to move the majority of our things privately before the house was shown. Faye continued to harass our family even after being advised about us just requiring 2 days to move our property out, insisting that a Sunday at 5:30-6 was an appropriate time for them to enter the home we were still moving out of (a month before our lease even ended) while we had a 2 year old and newborn in the home still. We got all of our belongings out of the home well before our lease ended and we're still being contacted by Faye. She was advised that we could leave the keys on the counter since she was so very desperate to have us out of the home and she responded with "that sounds great!" Yet Kris started messaging us and saying the keys need to be dropped off to fidelity directly (after keys had already left for several days at the advisement of their leasing agent) or we would face charges.. when we explained the conflicting information, Kris said that he does not communicate with leasing agents and that the company does not have a copy of the homes key. We know this to be a blatant lie as we have video recording from our home security system of him and Jacob entering using their own copy of the key. In 12 years of being renters, we have never once had such an unprofessional and unorganized experience with a realty/leasing agency and fully intend on initiating litigation against the company if charges are truly incurred over their own shortfalls and lack of communication as a company. We are a quiet family, who took care of the property, always paid on time, and had several broken promises from Fidelity on top of the frustrations voiced in this review. I will vehemently advise anyone against renting or buying a home from this company.

Not a great place to rent from. We've had so many issues with work orders not being fulfilled. Both of our toilets have not been working, the ceiling fan in our toddlers playroom is about to fall out so she can't even play in there. Every time it rains, it pours straight down the fireplace and goes out onto the living room floor. We've been in this home for 3 months and STILL can't even put our living room furniture in here because it will get ruined. The fridges water line to the ice and water dispenser leaks out into the kitchen floor and behind the stove. The house smells very strongly of mold from the leaks everywhere. We decided to stop paying rent and they tried to intimidate/threaten us with an eviction of course and told us pay to fix it ourselves or move out. The owner of the home also snoops around the property an complained about the yard not being mowed to her satisfaction. Meanwhile, she knows this house is literally falling apart. Laughable... Needless to say, we're moving and washing our hands of this place and going to small claims court to get all of our money back as soon as possible. This has been such a hassle.

We needed a toilet repaired and also the kitchen sink faucet which were messed up when we moved in. The first person they sent to fix the problem took everything apart and made the problems worse and then never came back. We contacted them again. The plumber came inside to see what he needed to fix it. He said he would need to get approval for it. We never heard back. We contacted them again. They said they would look into it. It's been over 3 months since the first maintenance request and we're still left without a functioning toilet and broken kitchen faucet. This company also has high fees if you are late on your payment. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Do NOT rent from this company. They do not care that your house is in disrepair, or falling apart, or flooding, or anything. They want your money and do not want to hear from you. You will hound them multiple times to get something repaired. If they finally do, expect the cheapest replacement parts imaginable, followed by a need for a re-repair. The maintenance guys themselves are great, but overworked on WAY too many houses for this greedy company. Ricki wants your money, and she'll give you attitude if you request that she does her job properly.
