Fenwick Liquor

Went here for National Tequila Day to buy tequila and margarita mix for my friends. Unfortunately, the bottles of margarita mix were spattered with blood!!!! It was like someone who was in charge of opening the box cut themselves with a razor box cutter then flung their open wound around. Then they put the bottles on the shelf anyway. I however didn't notice all the blood until I had handled one of the bottles and my skin came in contact with the blood on the bottle. I immediately told the clerk who did exactly nothing and looked at me like I was the problem. I was horrified! Will never be going back.

The selection ain't that great of whiskey and the prices are so small only ant man can read them. The customer service sucks. The guy working this needs a new job, he only notices you when the door opens and then when you put your stuff on the counter. Thought this would be a good place since it's close by. NOPE, I'll drive further for better service and selection!

Who doesn't enjoy a little attitude? I've gone to this liquor store since they've opened. They always have great deals and a huge verity. That I can't find in other liquor stores. Who are these people kidding? Justin is a great guy, you just have to know him. He's been there this long, so he's doing something right. The owners are great too can't wait till they start their wine tastings :)

We just spend the last $127 we'll ever spend in this place. If we wanted a shitty attitude and a complete lack of service, we'd go to McDonalds. With as many liquor stores as there are in the area, you'd think they'd all be working hard to earn people's business with a smile, and every one of them we've patronized has done that well, until we stopped at this place this afternoon. To the late-20s jackass at the front counter: When a lady comes in to buy more than an $8 bottle of wine and asks for a box to make it easier to carry it to the car, laughing in her face and acting holier than thou might not be the best move. Giving her a box or offering to help her to the car, like every other store in town does on the regular, would show that you're worthy of employment. Enjoy the unemployment line. Hopefully, your boss is smart enough not to join you there. That depends only on how long it takes him/her to give your worthless ass the boot.

I enjoy trying new locations and new variety, and rarely write about the center quartile experiences, but when I walk into a store and get a sour attitude from the staff I can't ignore it. The selection was unique, although the shelves aren't completely full of options like most of the local locations. I might try this place again in several months but right now this place provides low level service and experience.

I had contacted Fenwick to price alcohol for a charity casino night in February. They were quick and offered the best prices in town. They even supplied Love Story Prosecco, which is hard to find in OKC. They texted when our large order had arrived and were so helpful to deal with. We had to go back and forth a few times on sizes and brands and they were the most professional. They will be my first call or text when I'm looking for quality and convenience.

This place is GREAT after the change in ownership and management. It used to be my option of last resort, but now it's my favorite. Kudos to Jeff for seeing this opportunity and nailing it. Cole is great - always has helpful suggestions, and overall great to chat with. The selection is great now too.

The guy working the counter can't be bothered to help a customer find a wine. He is obviously in the wrong business. They are overpriced compared to other stores in the area. The selection is nothing great. I will drive out of my way to find a better selection and friendly service.

Favorite liquor store around. Good selection and helpful when asked a question. I appreciate their mask policy, or lack there of.
