Family owned business, food was excellent as was the service with friendly wait staff!

Was a regular there and I can overlook some things and some things I can't. I don't want to damage the business, I am hoping to reach the owner with some sage advice. A restaurant in a small town with minimal drive by traffic depends on locals to survive. If you piss of the locals you will fail. Food is hit or miss, staff is hit or miss and inability to accept constructive criticism when something is off and you are greeted with an argument or a nasty attitude if you say anything. I will omit the details of my experiences there, but wanted to tell people the truth of what their experience could be. Twins cafe has BBQ on Wednesday which is at least served hot or a New Mexican food restaurant has opened in town, food and service is excellent.

Excellent!! Oklahoma BBQ is very different from what we eat in the south, but no less tasty. No Texas Pete to drizzle on, but I survived. The waitress was friendly and probably knew everyone having lunch there. Very good! And clean.

Amazing food and amazing service!!! Me and my coworkers love going here for lunch!!! If you're a burger fan, pretty decent, give the pulled pork sandwich a try!!!

Very disappointed on our 2nd visit today. Customer service by the owners themselves was bad. When I came to pick up our order I even asked if our orders for 3 cheeseburgers, 3 fried onions and 1 french fries were in the bag and Brandi said yes. I should have checked but after driving 10 miles thought of checking and found they gave us fries not onions. When we drove back we had to pay extra for their mistakes. Gave them 5 stars on our first visit because of good food and excellent customer service by waitress Crystal!!! So sad. Too bad!!! Told them not coming back but Brandis husband didn't care and asked us to leave :-(

What a surprise! Hartshorne's riding destination for dinner and drinks. Down home dining with good food and a great atmosphere. Pulled Pork is on point. Miner's Loaded Potato is all there!

Great food, great service. Highly recommend. My drink never ran out and the wait for food was short!

Unable to keep staff due to management. Foods great. But I have witnessed a condescending attitude to staff. Constructive criticism goes a long way. Respect goes a long way. Nurture people don't break them down
