Fat Boys Pizza

I think this is called Pizza Express now. I thought it was pretty good for a small town pizza shop. Reasonable prices, fast, and made correctly. Not sure how it compares to the other place in town.

If I could take stars away I would! Awful. Service from start to finish was not good. Ordered 3 topping pizza, cheese steak pizza and baked potato with 5 toppings- the cheese steak wasn't cooked all the way through, baked potato had 2 of the 5 items I ordered and the wrong cheese, when i complained about it, thwy just scrapped the cheese off and put other cheese on. Potato wasn't washed before cooked so the skin had dirt on it and was gritty. When we complained aboutitwas told we'retoo busy to wash them (i thought servingclean, cooked food was a requirement), we were met with a guilt trip, rolled eyes, and heavy sighs.

Good price for pizza, crust was thin. Boneless were a little dry and tough. Wish they had bone in wings. Overall not a bad slice of pizza.

You guys! Omg I should've read the reviews! I placed my order online. (Garlic BBQ wings and pizza) the pizza was good but the wings were not what I ordered. They got the order wrong and instead of the lady saying they'll fix it, she rambled about the wings being the way I ordered it online. If thats the case then there should've been bbq on them right? Wrong! She did offer to have a cup of bbq delivered to pour on top of the wings. I ate the pizza... my husband will eat the plain breaded wings.**update** It wasn't plain breaded.. it was Parmesan. He doesn't like Parmesan ‍

LAWTON OKLAHOMA REVIEW...First the positives then the negatives. The breadsticks were great but did not include marinara sauce. The cheese pizza was great while hot. By the second slice it was cold and chewy. The pepperoni sausage pizza was way to greasy and barely had any meat. The wings were tough and flavorless. First time trying this place and it was a huge disappointment. I do not recommend.

I would highly advise to eat pizza at another establishment in Elgin. There are pizza places with WAY BETTER customer service.They do not honor customer feedback, nor do they work with customers if there was a problem with the pizza.We ordered a three topping pizza, only to receive a deluxe pizza, with all the toppings, which we did not want. When calling them back, the manager was VERY PRIDEFUL and DEFENSIVE, and kept interrupting when we were trying to explain that we did not order a full topping pizza, but a three topping pizza.I guess she did not have a successful Customer Training Class, because she failed to listen and offer a solution as the manager. All she did was basically say it was our fault.Not professional at all.Due to her negative attitude, the pizza isn't worth it.I know not having us as a customer will not break their bank, but they lost not only our service, but our respect as a family pizzeria.

Incredibly enough, Pizza Biz has changed its name to "Fat Boys Pizza & Wings". Cringe. The pizza is cheap, greasy and delicious. You can get a large one topping for $8. There are a few small booths where you could dine inside.The place is a dive w/ great pies and an awesome price. There is no real signage except the plastic banner hanging up and a small florescent "open" sign in the window. It was difficult to locate the first time at night. If you go farther than Family Dollar - you are wrong. Don't judge this book by its cover or the constant gang of employees huddled outside smoking!

Flies were all over the toppings (meats & veggies). When we mentioned it to the lady she said it's because we open & close the door" as if that made it okay. How about we cover up the food?! Just a suggestion! Only one person was working at the time I ordered. She kept going back & forth from making pizzas to answering the phone without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Totally grossed out!

I am reviewing the shop that's in Elgin, I'm not sure if the Lawton one is related to this one or not or if they just share the same name.The pizza here is decent, not the best but not bad by any means. One minor issue: there is a giant sign out front that says a large one topping pizza is $6.99. However, when I went in to pick up my three pizzas, she attempted to charge me around 40 bucks. I let her know I ordered because I saw the sign out front for the 6.99 pizzas. The cashier seemed exasperated with me, and said I should mention that I have a coupon before I order. I didn't have a coupon at all though, I was just reading with their sign!Anyway, crabby cashier aside, it is a decent pie at a cheap price, we will be back.

This is the worst experience I have had at a pizza place. I really don't understand management that does not try to rectify errors in their order system. Save yourself the drive. Unless you live in Elgin, there are plenty of other places with mediocre pizza that are closer.
