Italian is my favorite cuisine. What's unique about Farfalle in my rotation of Italian places is that it offers HIGH QUALITY Italian(local place that makes their own fresh pasta in house) YET does not require table service(you order at the counter or can readily be taken to-go) which is a rarity with most other Italian places in town. They are located in the Collective food hall. Depending on how much time I have, I'll eat in at times or more often do a DoorDash pickup(they border an alley that I can idle my car in immediately outside to run in and pickup my order). I've enjoyed everything I've tried off of the menu and they also offer thoughtful monthly specials at times, so you really can't go wrong with anything in my opinion when having a pasta craving. I have not tried their focaccia yet which is their other namesake. Their particular corner in the Collective has not been forgiving to previous occupants so here's to hoping they buck the trend and remain successful!

Me and my husband visited this restaurant tonight and ordered the bolognese and chicken Alfredo to go. The staff was nice. While I was waiting there, I noticed from someone else's order how small the portions were. So I went up and ordered a Margherita focaccia pizza for us to split as well. Now for $8 the slice of focaccia pizza seemed pricey, but it was oh so good! Soft focaccia and gooey cheese! We both enjoyed it!! Our pastas, however, were not the best.My husband's rigatoni was bland, and needed spice or something! The chicken Alfredo was not terrible, (a little oily though) but it didn't really taste like an Alfredo sauce.I was sad that we didn't like the dishes more.

Fast, casual, and quality-tasting Italian eatery. We got to meet Ben, the owner-very personable guy. The food looks appetizing but with it being served on a Styrofoam plate, somehow makes the meal look cheap. But that's how most of the places in the Collective serve their food, so I guess efficiency is what they're going for.The Rigatoni Bolognese was delicious, savory, and tender meat sauce over al dente pasta. It's wonderfully made, I find the dish very comforting. The Mista salad was okay. My minor complaint is that the salad was not washed properly. I forgot what the dressing was called, their in-house parmesan dressing was tasty, but it's a very thick dressing. We also had their daily feature focaccia pizza: delicious thick crust with savory toppings and sauce. And good portion size too.

I tend to wave off bad experiences and not leave negative reviews, but this has been bothering me for a month now. I was excited to try this place out because of the rave reviews on Yelp and Google, but I ended up disappointed with every single item. The portions were abysmal for the price. My boyfriend finished the fettucine alfredo within 3 bites which is crazy, so I ended up sharing my spaghetti with him. I attached a pic of someone else's review because that was what helped us decide to place our order. Also, the pastas and focaccia lacked flavor and the food was cold even though we picked it up a few minutes after the estimated pickup time (we stayed in an Airbnb that was 5 min away). We were still hungry after paying almost $55 for our order. I wouldn't recommend online ordering from here because we felt so cheated.

A brand new Italian spot at the Collective and so glad I tried them out recently. I came here for lunch during the week with a friend and I enjoyed the bolognese. Made fresh to order and so delicious and flavorful. I highly recommend!

We had the Americano pizza and the cheese plate. It was all delicious and so much food we didn't even finish. Great service and not a long wait.

I'm so sad. I wanted to love this place. Unfortunately my $17 fettuccine Alfredo ($12) with chicken (+$4) was no better than a budget microwave version. The pasta was rubbery, as were the little cubes of yellow, chewy, previously frozen chicken. The sauce was chunky and oily. The only flavor was oil and the little bit of black pepper I put on it myself. An absolute disappointment. Perhaps one of their focaccia sandwiches may have been better, but I was craving pasta. Even worse, I had suggested The Collective to a friend so we were both supremely let down by over priced, poorly prepared lunch. If I would have been alone, I would have requested a refund.

You've gotta try this new Italian place in town - Farfalle & Focaccia @ The Collective Food Hall - found it also via a Google search for "Best Italian OKC" and it showed up under "Recently opened" (it's been live for just ten days). Pictured here with (first-time restaurant) owner Chef Ben who used to be the Head Chef at Ludivine before it closed!!! He was telling me he was from Portland and fell in love with and married an "Oklahoma girl" and now he is here. We were both talking about the opportunity here versus in Cali or on the west coast where places like this are a dime-a-dozen because the culinary scene is super saturated. Pasta is freshly made as can be seen, and their most "basic" dish of "Spaghetti Marinara and One Big Cheese-Filled Meatball" was amazeballs (there is actually cheese in that sucker) as well as their margherita focaccia pizza with freshly made marinara sauce. Also cool Italian sodas like the Sanbitter NA Aperture and a Casmara Club Como Breezy Mandarina Leisure Soda (not sure if Italian). Also nice dining area as part of The Collective. Check this place out!

Absolutely some of the best Italian food I've ever had! The only thing better than the food is the staff!

I had the worst margarita pizza ever.it was just a fat bread with cheese and dried up basil. it had absolutely no flavor. I think a school cafeteria serves better food. I asked if the cook really put toma sauce. He said he did and gave me a cup of COLD marinara sauce on side. The service was awfu. Don't go there. I do not recommend going to this restaurant. The service was terrible. The worker mumbled a "what do you want" to us. Not only was the service poor but the food was awful. I ordered a margarita pizza, and it was just a slice of bread with some cheese and dried basil. There was no flavor. School pizza is more satisfying than this pizza. I asked the the employee if he could add some tomato sauce, but instead gave me a cup of cold marinara sauce. I'm normally not a picky eater but this was the worst pizza I have ever had. I don't recommend going there.
