I am definitely new to pool owning/operating. We bought our above ground pool two years ago from here and had a great experience with the buying and setting up process. While there have been a few bumps, honestly it may just be user error. I saved myself a lot of stress and hassle by calling the service department anytime I had an issue. They're very friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don't know, they figure it out. This most recent time, I talked to Becky. Her customer service is amazing, and she definitely kept me from breaking down over my pool pump going out in the middle of this 100 degree weather. If you need some advice or a part, call her and their service team. Much appreciated, and will always use them when I need anything for my pool.

We were looking for a hot tub - Donna was helpful - but insisted we listen to her tell all about hot tubs - we have owned over 5 over the years - Ask for $100 deposit which we gave to hold the price . We were promised nothing would be charged to our account . We wanted time to look around .That day they charged our credit card $10,000 - We decided after reading the horrible reviews to not purchase there. So 3 days later we looked at our credit card had been charged for something we never authorized . Not a good way to do business

Be aware that when purchasing any playground sets. They WILL NOT be warrantied. All issues will be categorized under weather and will not be covered. Purchased a set from Background Adventures and within 2 months, had more than 12 screws snap in half and the set began to fall apart. Company stated it was due to the acts of nature (standard OKC weather) and will not be covered. Also, the installation had a few issues since it required multiple visits over multiple days because they forgot parts and they had to borrow my power tools to complete the job. Would not recommend.

Wish I could leave zero stars! Been dealing with them for parts that are broke on a hot tub I bought almost a year ago! They have lied and sent me in circles trying to get this fixed and the last time hung up on me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAMILY LEISURE IN OKLAHOMA CITY!!!!!

If I could select a zero I would. Bought a 33' above ground pool and it has been a comedy of errors from day one. Jason the GM tried to say it was simple mistakes. Sales people gave bad information about what we would get, all items weren't delivered, install postponed almost a week, filter and pump hook up was not done correctly and Jason's explanation, "they almost all leak!". Chemicals and winterization kit for original purchase never delivered. Perma-salt system installed but still didn't solve water issue. Service came to test the water and instead opened the pump and destroyed top of filter had to be replaced not to mention the amount of water wasted. 6 weeks in and nothing but problems. GM's response, "I got my money and not paying you back, I have fixed all the problems, so there is nothing more." Buy your pool somewhere else!!!

Do Not buy anything from these people and expect any sort of service. They cannot order or stock the correct part to fix a hot tub we purchased from them. They have made three service calls and still cannot get it right.

Do not buy from them. Would have put zero stars if I could. They will tell you one thing then pull it back when you actually get there. Not honest at all. Very shady like used car salesmen from the old days. Never buy anything from them again.

We bought a pool table from them for almost $3,000. When their crew was setting up the pool table I asked if they could also adjust a shuffleboard (which was not purchased from Family Leisure). They did so, and charged us for it.The adjustment did not fix the problem. When I contacted them to see if they would come back out, I was told that they never should have worked on a product that they did not sell.They refused to fix the problem and refused to refund the money we paid that did not fix the problem.As other reviews affirm, they are dishonest and do not stand by their word, products, or work...will never do business with them again.

I called this store because they sold the brand pool filter I had. I needed some parts. They tell me that they have the parts but will only sell them to customers who purchased their pools from them. The pool was already at the house when I bought the house. Not a very good way to do business. Not very friendly on the phone either.

I ordered a backyard playset over two years ago. It was over six months before it showed up. I had to have them come back four times just to get it assembled and it was supposed to have a spiral slide. I haven't seen the slide yet they've been telling me for over two years that it's on back order but as soon as they get it, they'll let me know. I keep getting the runaround they keep sending me to different people I never get a straight answer. I am very very disappointed in his company.
