Have been waiting for my generator. To be fixed for over a month. Have had to call several times. Still nothing. They said they sent out a service guy that came without notice. He said the unit was fine. They said since Lowe's installed it they don't like to work on the units because Lowe's isn't a preferred installer for them. That being said I called Lowe's. They reached out to the warranty people... Fast fowared till yesterday. A month later. Still nothing. The lady told the retail sales guy that I called and had my friends cussing them out... She didn't know that the salesmen was my son. Needless to say these people didn't do anything other then cause me in needed frustration. This is NOT how to conduct business. A MONTH WITH NO ANSWERS!!!! The retaer I got the unit from found me a new company and they are coming out today to get me fixed up.

They wired our addition to our home. They did not wire our Daikin correctly and caused it to eventually fail. I had two different companies tell me the same thing as I wanted a second opinion as it costs $3000 to replace. I ended up replacing it after the warranty expired but would have likely not been covered due to improper installation.

We used the company to service our generac generator recently. They were professional, thorough and affordable (160 for maintenance, no problems with generator).However, they DO take forever to get back to you. Two months had passed after they told us they would set up a time to come out. Then one day, an electrician just knocks on our door to service the generator. We never made an appointment, and it was fortunate I was home (it was noon on a week day).I plan to use them again for bigger projects, that I'm not in a hurry to complete.

I've used Faith Electric for several projects over the years and most always considered them a good company to do business with. Earlier this year, when I needed a new electrical outlet installed on the patio, they were quick to get the job done. Unfortunately, after a few uses, the plug came loose from the wall and ultimately quit working. Being the procrastinator I am, I didn't call them to come back out to fix it until almost 6 months had gone by. Yesterday, I called, explained my problem, was put on hold for a few minutes and was then asked if it was OK if they came right out. One of their technicians (Seth) and his helper arrived about 30 minutes later. They fixed the problem in short order and said there would be no charge. I don't know when I'll need them again, but when I do, I'll be giving them a call.

Purchased a 7k in-ground generator 12/21/18. Paid same day!On 9/6/19, our A/C capacitor went out. A local 24/7 A/C company came and serviced it. Each time the tried to get power to the a/c unit, it wouldn't work. They had to "disconnect the generator" to get the a/c to work. They advised us to call the generator company on Monday and have them come out and ensure all was working.Called Faith on Monday, 9/8/19; got placed on the list "to be called today."Called Faith on Tuesday, 9/9/19; checking to see if we were still on the list---receptionist stated "they had to go out of town, but he will call you by end of business today and assured me "WE WERE ON THE LIST!"Called Faith on Friday, 9/13/19; called to see if a list EVEN EXISTED....they finally came out at 430pm (they had called at 145 pm stating that they would be here today).. spent 5 minutes,checked the system, stated that the unit and box were fine. Electrician advisded that the a/c person should have called them because nothing was wrong and the box generally resets itself (even though every time their box was turned on, the a/c stopped working),$120 service call and not so much a "thanks for your business" or "sorry we never got back with you."I understand that those without power in this HEAT definitely deserve top priority. But the lack of follow-through and communication is disheartening. They could, and should, do better.Dr. Konen

I am interested in purchasing a Generac generator. I saw a Faith Electric truck in my neighborhood which had a Generac label on the truck. I called their phone number which was answered. The person told me someone would get back to me in about one week. Two or three weeks past. I called again. This time my call when to a voicemail box. I left a message. I have not received a return call. I am disappointed in such poor customer service. I found someone who was happy to sell me a generator.

Lie lie lie. Told if I bought a new warrant that it would cover the repair on the generator. Now after paying $500 it will NOT be covered. Another $500 for a new part. The worst part NO One called to tell me anything. Worst costumer service ever. NOT Recommended for anything.

We used this company to install a 240V outlet in our garage. After they installed it, the electrical in our laundry room (to our washer) burnt out. They had to come back to repair it. When the sauna was installed, the installer had to redo the electrical as it was not done properly. 3 months later we had to call another electrician who indicated that the original breaker the sauna was installed on was no longer in use and had been discontinued for 5 years. The electrical wires in our panels were burning out. We had to replace the breaker and have the wires replaced and rewired.
