I moved from California without seeing this place it's run down. Pipes are always busted the landlord (Kierra) childish and disrespectful so there is no talking to her about anything because if she doesn't like what your saying she gets rude and disrespectful and she doesn't care if there are children there she shouldn't be landlord if she can't keep a level head she has tried to get me to sign a new lease because the one she had us sign didn't say what she wanted it to so she can charge us she also stated she sent us a certified letter which also was a lie because I never signed anything and she had no receipt with my signature on it she is doing things illegally trying to scare people into getting her way

A friend told me about renting here and loving it!Wow, I went by the facility and it is impressive!Made a call to them to fill out the application! For questions about filling it out.One thing no one wants to do is deal with is a rude employee over the phone when you call needing help because filling out apps can be a pain. When I talk to the staff there, WOW the customer service was great! I believe her name waaaas, I could be wrong but, "JESS" I am a customer service manager for a living with my own business, and for BOB HOWARD. She was very informative about every single question I had to ask. Even went above the standard and made sure to tell me about the (GREAT UNIT PRICES) & (MOVE IN SPECIALS). That was top notch customer service. Great energy! :-) I LOOK FORWARD TO RENTING HERE.
