When in OKC, shopping at FF is a delightful experience. They have a wonderful fabric selection and staff members are extremely supportive.

Amazing fabrics to choose from and I always find something unexpected. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Todd was wonderful to in helping me . They carry a lot of high end fabrics that are at a great price but not inexpensive. Recently they made drapes , cushions and pillows for me and the work was superb. I thought the prices were very fair for the quality of the work. I have bought fabric there for over 10 years and always had an excellent experience.

Wow...I wonder how places such as this stay in business. They do have a lot of fabrics but good luck if you want someone to assist you.I went in there on Tues 4/12/16 to look for some chair fabric but after being literally ignored for about 20 mins or so I finally asked a woman at the front counter to help me & she did but the fabric I liked wouldn't work for me. I looked around a bit more but finally couldn't take the atmosphere anymore. I WON'T BE BACK!!!I don't want to give ANY stars but that isn't an option.

Went into fabric factory today looking for fabric to upholster my window bench cushion. This is definitely a shop that caters to pros as noted by the cost of fabric but don't let that dissuade you from walking in. The fabric all appeared to be high quality. I was lucky to find a remanent at a fraction of the cost of the big box store. The fabric is exactly what I was looking for and higher end quality. The staff was helpful.

Meh. Perfect word for how this place makes me feel. Just meh. I walked in with a great attitude, but apparently I'm not their normal kind of customer. Me: "Rumor has it you have a world famous remnant room!" Shop Frau: blink blinkMe: "Small pieces of fabric, leftover from much larger bolts?" Shop Frau: blink blinkMe: "scaps?" Shop Frau: "Up the stairs, in the back. Or one little rack up there."Me: Awesome. Thanks! Shop Frau is not impressed and exits stage right, presumably to continue making that lump of coal into a diamond. Well the remnants weren't what I was looking for, and one look at the rest of the fabric and I suddenly knew why my bouncy little attitude wasn't so well-received. Many of the fabrics I saw were between $50-$75 per yard. Per YARD. My house isn't worth $50-$75 foot per yard... how could I possibly afford even a few yards? Then it hit me. This store isn't for people like me. It is for professional interior designers. They're spending other people's money, and get paid more the more they spend. So go ahead, buy 10 yards at $75/yard! Like a famous pig once said in an insurance commercial: Weeeeeeeeee! But then I ened up at Hobby Lobby, which as you know is the fifth circle of hell. What's a not-so-crafty girl to do? Guess this whole craft store thing just is not my jam. I cranked Liz Phair as I peeled out of the parking lot. I bet she never worries about fabric.

Oy. I should learn to always read Julie P's reviews before going anywhere. My husband and I are on the hunt for fabric for our little guy's nursery and we are finding it difficult to get it right. I remembered coming here to pick up fabric for my aunt once and recalled that they had a great selection but that the staff was rude. I am an eternal optimist and thought I'd give them another try. I'm here to report that nothing has changed. There were two employees at the register (facing the front door) when we walked in. I am certain they saw us but they failed to say anything. We walked around for 15 minutes or so, ran into them multiple times and they continued to ignore our existence. At this point, I'd be willing to spend a lot of money to find what we are looking for to make this nursery fit our vision, and even though we found a few fabrics that would've worked I refuse to spend any money (and especially not their prices) at a business where people are so blatantly rude. Yes, I know this place is geared to the pros and that explains both the high prices and the high probability that the average Joe will be ignored, but that doesn't mean that common courtesies should be ignored. The next time you're driving down 23rd and think "maybe I should stop in and see what they have" just keep driving unless you are in the mood to feel invisible!

Fabric Factory is a great place to fine drapery and upholstery fabric. They have a wide choice of many types of fabrics, with prices that represent this wide range. In our first visit we found an upholstery fabric that worked beautifully for the sofa and chair we were having reupholstered. The service was helpful and friendly. They were able to answer our questions and direct us to the type of fabric we were needing.

This is one of the best places for fabric. It is expensive. But I'm usually looking for fabric that will last and last. I'm not sure how much assistance you'll get if you don't walk in with a vision of what you want. I've never been treated poorly. I've been left to browse - which is what I like.

This has the best choice of fabric in OKC. Many of the fabrics are imported and cost more than your typical fabrics. Both professional upholsterers and non professionals shop here. I always find what I am looking for. They sometimes have more customers than they have staff available to serve but the fabrics are worth the wait.
