If i could give negative stars I would.I bought a pair of shoes from this pawn shop off of Buya.comThey shoes were falling apart in terrible condition. They waited till the very last of my 14 day refund window to ship and deliver my item so i couldn't return it. They ignored all my phone calls and emails and only responded after I opened a dispute with paypal. I shipped the item back to them and confirmed it was delivered on the 17th of January and they are telling Paypal they need "tracking info" deliberatly lieing so they can delay the refund.This store is an absolute cancer and i can only imagine how miserable the employees and owners are. Simple refund and an apology could have gone a long way but I guess you can't expect much from these thieves.

These people are a joke. We bought a gaming system for over $200 only to find out it was infested with roaches. When we called to let them know, all they could do is say "I'm sorry man, that's how things go sometimes". I realize now that pawn shops have a no refund, no warranty policy and our experience here was no exception. Maybe you should take a closer look at your merchandise so as to ensure you don't sell complete junk to your customers. We work hard for our money and don't appreciate the no care attitude here. This was my favorite pawn shop until yesterday. I had pawned my ring. It was due August 23rd. I was late but I called this last Tuesday and the chick told me it was fine for me to come get it on Friday. Friday comes and I call to get the total to get out of atm. I called once dude said he didn't see it. I thought I called the wrong place. Then I remembered it was definitely at the Hefner store. I called back and got a chick who literally said to me she didn't have the pawn, had no pawns for me, and had I tried cash America or do I have the pawn ticket. I said can you look harder it's there. She said no. I thought I gotta be calling the wrong number. I go to the store and get a guy who says he sees the pawn but the owner took my ring. Funny thing is the 30 day grace period was up Friday .but I wouldn't gotten it on Tues if they hadn't said it was ok for me to get it on Friday. If we take out the fact that I spoke to them Tuesday they would be within their rights. My issue is they were all rude af, unprofessional ,and they lied to me. I feel like it was all done purposely cause why else not honor the arrangement their employee agreed to? Why did they jerk me around? Im obviously broke considering I pawned my ring. They wasted my time and my gas. They couldn't have given me a call. I assume someone who works there wanted the ring and when I called on Tues they were alerted I was coming. I'm super nice.. it's not like I lost my mind on them. Of course I'm just sol and I'm really upset about it. I asked for contact info for complaints or corp something and was told they didn't have a corp office. The guy I dealt with in person was the complaint department. I've actually been to this place a lot. I actually bought the ring from them! They've always been cool. I'll go hungry before I return.

I was a long time shopper, at least a couple times a month I'd go to browse the inventory and often purchased items (I'm an avid bargain hunter and shop-aholic lol). The first time I went to sell something there I was treated so rudely by the assistant manager, a scruffy arrogant little man, that I took my stuff and left. Told him I was a regular customer and wouldn't be back again because of his flippant arrogant attitude. He said "thank you" and waved goodbye. This establishment believes its winning formula for customer service is to wave "goodbye forever" to customers...how's that for business savvy? Unbelievable, I was so truly taken aback that the door literally hit me in the ass on my way out (automatic door closing...). Looking back, I think it was a perfect metaphor for this place. I recommend EZ Pawn...I got $50 more for my item there and it's a professional atmosphere with smiling employees and GREAT customer service. Extra Cash Pawn is all-around low end and, apparently, they strive to keep it that way.

don't waste your time even going to this place,there policy is feel free to talk to the customers as if they were idiots..this is the worst pawn shop i've ever been to...rude people high prices you can buy the stuff they have cheaper if you went to a store and bought it new, they had a 40 inch samsung flat-screen tv it was priced at $400.00 you can buy a new one exactly like it the same model and size at walmart for $388.00 i told him that and laughed at me and kept laughing so i called walmart right then and put my phone on speaker. walmart told the price and everone could here it, his response was you can leave now i said what he said you heard me leave.. this customer that was selling her ring next to me was almost finished with here deal, but stoped and said i don't think i want to do business with yoiu guys your very rude to people and she left. in my head i was thinking you go girl...i won't be back.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
