I'd give a no star if possible. This place is a fucking dump! Your feet or socks turn black from the dirty carpets. They allow people to play really loud music until late at night. They do not service their rooms during the stay and blame it on covid though none of the staff is even following the covid guideline so you know it's cause they are being lazy. They allow homeless to sleep in the hallways. The room smells horrible, like rotten celery. I called their corporate line to complain cause the front desk didn't care and guess what, the corporate customer service was based in another country and could care less so from now on it's Fuck you too extended stay! I'll never use any of your hotels again. I will make it my mission to ensure everyone I talk to never uses your hotels again either! The floors are warped and the ceiling is literally falling in. The last room available and had to travel with 3 days notice so I got stuck with you this time but I'd rather sleep in a rental car than ever deal with your hotels again.

This is a clean,comfortable, no-frills efficiency type hotel, which caters to folks staying longer than a normal hotel stay. We got this room from Priceline for a very reasonable amount ($55). The room offers a tiny kitchen, which we didnt use since we were only there one night, but it was clean, nothing appeared to be broken or ill-used, and it came with a coffeemaker and a microwave in addition to a stove top and fridge.The folks running the place were quite pleasant and chatty, when my mother asked for a bar of soap, the girl behind the counter dumped a handful in her palm, which was a nice touch, made them seem like they were not stingy. Nearby are various restaurants, a Target, and an Office Max. There is no restaurant or fitness facility on premises. I will keep these folks in mind if I ever need a long term accomodation!

Never again!!! Hallways were dirty, smelled awful down the hall and our room was even worse. I had to go ask the front desk for a dust rag and air freshener for the room. I even ask if the room had been cleaned because it was dusty and urine around the toilet, she said it had and never said a word after. This will be my last time staying here!!!

This place and Extended Stay America is a major major disaster!!!! I booked a room online for 2 nights, received my confirmation. I traveled 3.5 hours to be in town in support of my son's early am knee surgery. Upon arrival, desk clerk tells me I have been DNR'd, do not rent. When asked to explain he could not. When asked to talk to manager he could only suggest calling HDQ - giving me am 877 # that did not work. Finally he gave me reservations #, which I called only to be told they could help me and that I needed to call back on Monday to discuss with their 'Incident team'????? WTF Extended StayAmerica???!!! What was I supposed to do until then? I am sure these boneheads tried to pull my credit (inappropriate!!) and ran into frozen credit bureau, thanks to Equifax. Horrible, horrible customer service from the very lowest to very top of this organization! Steer clear of these clowns!! Story ending, a couple hours later I had a room at a Comfort Inn, about 3 miles away, no issue, 5 min checkin. I only wish YELP provided a negative rating scale - ExtendStayamerica would sure get the worst score possible! BTW - rename this lousy outfit: Extended (DON'T) Stay America. Signed, significant pissed!

Upon arrival was told they didn't have any rooms available when I was told my room was "guaranteed". After showing my confirmation number they found my name in the reservations. When I finally entered my room it wasn't cleaned well and had stains all over the carpet. The noise produced by there dryer downstairs was constant and annoying. Book somewhere else and save the hassle, there are plenty of other reasonable options in the area.

This place sucked. The bath tub cracked while I was showering and the water leaked on the people blow us. The AC smelled like burning wires when we tried to use the heat. The front of the AC fell off in the middle of the night. They have an ice tray in the freezer but no ice machine if you need any extra ice. They do have breakfast but it's just coffee, plain oatmeal packets and granola bars.

Worst experience at a hotel!Cable has been put and internet is shotty at best.To top it off last night someone entered our room with a room key at 930. Someone issued them a key to our door on accident. I have been up all night due to my anxiety. I will not be staying another night due to safety. No one should ever have to worry about an unknown person going into your room. No security cameras. Lori the front desk manager acted like I was crazy and didn't not really care, say "are you sure you weren't dreaming?"If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Front entrance was dirty with trash and dirt on the floor. The front desk attendant said she needed to get to our room first before we got in - sounded like they were not even ready for us. We go up the elevator, it is all scratched up and marked up with obscenities and random words. Walking down the hallway, we hear everyone talking and their TVs, and a dog barking - no privacy at all. Once the attendant comes out of the room, we walk in and the room is very dirty and old. There are Skittles on the floor, some chewed up, and I check under the bed and there is more candy scattered everywhere. I check the bathroom, there is still toilet paper in the toilet, and pubic hairs on the seat. The desk next to the bed had gum stuck underneath it, right next to the bed. The TV was worthless, not a clear image, very limited channels. There is no privacy, I could hear everyone in the hallway talking, the people upstairs sounded like they could come crashing down through the roof at any second. Windows were paper thin, and there was a loud diesel truck running at the front entrance for what seemed like an hour, and all you could hear was the noise from the engine in the room. Do not come here if you expect to sleep. Anytime someone flushed a toilet, a loud sound would come from the bathroom as if you had flushed the toilet. I felt disgusted being in the room, and sleeping in the bed. Oh and the wifi did not work even with inputting my last name and room number.In conclusion, I have never had a bad hotel experience until coming to this hotel. You get what you pay for.

This place must really need money to steal from their customers, stayed there two nights and it was sub par, not really worth the money but what really made this a terrible experience is the 270 dollar charge I got for smoking in a room i didn't smoke in. Never stay at this hotel, there is no reason for them to charge me for this and when I called to ask about it the phone call was ended by them telling me that the managers on vacation till Monday and then I got hung up on. If I don't get my money back they will be seeing a lot of me.
