I was being jerked around by a Kia dealer down the street. They wanted an outrageous amount for a repair, as they always do. I called ES and spoke with Frank. He was no BS, straight forward, courteous and informative. Diagnosed within 10 mins, repair was completed within 30 minutes and was several thousand dollars less than Kia. Great quality. Quick service. Very fair and professional! I use this shop for any exhaust application and/or maintenance. I recently took my car in because I suspected leaks. He put it on the lift and had it fixed within 10 minutes and told me exactly what/where it was and how he fixed it. I was honestly shocked lol. Car drives great!!!

Recently cammed my truck and did a muffler delete. I am now going back to a Flowmaster because I'm waking the neighborhood up with the cold starts. Great prices, great welds and a quick turnaround. Frank does solid work.

I contacted the owner and asked him the price to remove a loud flowmaster muffler and mount an OEM style muffler. When I brought the truck into perform the work, he made another suggestion and actually saved me some money. He didn't have to do that but was thinking of me. I was out of his shop in 30 min. I just took my Subaru Forester in today to get the exhaust pipe fixed. The owner was professional, efficient (in and out in 10 minutes), and saved me quite a bit of money. This was by far the best experience I've had getting any of my cars repaired. I highly recommend Exhaust Specialist.
