I have used them for 15 years but no more!!! Last summer they tried to charge me $260 to replace a capacitor on my AC unit. Tech verified with the owner (Eddie) that the part was indeed over $200. I bought the same part (same part number too) from Locke supply for $10 and did it myself. Last summer I paid for a maintenance contract for two homes which they serviced. They came back for the winter tune-up and now want an additional $164 to do the second home. All of this after I spent over $8000 having a new heat and air system installed by them approximately 15 years ago.

We have used Executive Heating and Air for years and have NEVER had an issue with their service or their pricing! We sign up for their yearly maintenance package, which provides us with a tuneup for our A/C unit in the summer and our furnace in the winter. It also provides priority for trouble calls and offers other discounts and is well worth the money! Eddie owns this company and has always been honest and fair with us when we've had repair needs above and beyond the yearly tuneups. We've also had other employees come out and they are great as well and just as trustworthy. We won't use anyone else for our heating and air needs and frequently refer them to others with similar needs!

Ok, Eddie and his help showed up and completed job when promised for exact price of quote. Showed me old parts, showed me new parts to be installed. Solved my problem of no AC or Heat to master bath and master walk in closet as promised. Another company tried to talk me into a complete duct replacement for 3.5k whereas Eddy told me the rest of my duct work was fine except section going to master bathroom and master bath for just 750 total! Honest, efficient, knowledgable, professional. I'd recommend Eddy to anyone! I'm military so it's nice to be treated right by a stranger who's now a friend!

Excellent service from first contact to job completion! Eddie and the main office staff maintained good communications and answered all my questions. Arrived as promised for quote and provided me with options to replace my A/C with one of the best units on the market for a good price. My new unit is more efficient, operates quietly, and looks much nicer than my old unit. Also worth mentioning is the Eddie and his team ensured my new unit was installed in time for visiting family who would be staying at my house for the weekend. I had doubted any installer would be able take to take care of this job so quickly - but once Eddie learned that four 4 young children would be staying at my home over the next hot weekend - he made sure this job was done the same week before they arrived, thanks Executive Heating and Air! -SCC, Moore, OK

Horrible service. Unreliable and unprofessional. "Eddie" has been "on the job" at my house for five days now, and still no progress. How many days should a simple plumbing repair take? I would fire him if I could get a hold of him. Doesn't return my calls. I am going to use a different company and I suggest you do the same.

After repeated calles Executive heat and air came out and fix the faulty sewer line, still not pleased with all the trouble and phone calls I had to make to get them to honor there work

They were able to work me into their schedule pretty quick. When they showed up they got busy and got me up and going quickly. When I have a hvac issue I will call them back.

They sent me a tech.for my yearly tune up as agreed upon, and I have to call them and remind them that I need someone to come and do the tune up as agreed upon.They send me a guy he said he was new.ok let's get to work he checked my ac and said my capacitor are weak the might last for a long time or they can go bad any time,I asked how much? He said after calling the office it will be ,75 bucks, I said go a head and do it, he comes back and says he is missing parts he will be right back.half an hour later he comes back and says he made a mistake it's going to cost me 189.00 dollarsI said that is very steep a big jump go a head finish the agreed upon tune up and leave everything as is .Next day I got phone calls from the business telling me that the tech. Tried to contact me so I can finish the project and I owe them ,189.00 dollars .now I am frustrated you send me a guy that don't speak american English a smart ass trying to make a salesince he was new and iam stuck with a bill I didn't ask for.This message is for the owner your staff are liers sir.if you had the balls you won't charge me but 75 bucks as agreed upon, but in this country unfortunately we are lacking men with balls.

This company is the best. The owner and his employees are knowledgeable about heat/air issues. Always explain everything they are doing and why it is necessary. I called the company today because of friend of mine who adopted a cat discovered the cat went down her air condition vent which was installed under the house. Eddie the owner came right over and scoped the system and found the cat found a way out of the vent. While he was there at the house he fixed the door handle which was broke.
